The shop is good have good variety of fish. But the attendant is so arrogant. He won't tell you anything. I asked him about couple of fish and he ignored me completely. Very bad service for a good shop having great options. Very bad attitude towards customers. Need to change the attendant as many reviews are regarding the same.

Hopeless shop, staff is so stupid and careless about handling customers. Owner is no different. Very rude attitude, "if you want to buy, you buy or leave kind of attitude". Staff is busy chatting and laughing or engaged in watching mobile. The earlier reviews posted by people are correct. Sadly I didn't see the reviews earlier before visiting. Bad experience. Will never visit this shop again and would not even recommend anyone.

Good aquarium shop if you are looking for a planed aquarium. The variety of fishes is quite limited. Has a good collection of neon and cardinal tetras, zebras, etc. Very limited of widow tetras, cichlids, oscars and other exotic fishes. I think it specialises in aquarium set ups, accessories and foods for fishes. The owner is a decent guy

He need to improve quality of service and to be punctual. I have waited 3 weeks to get 2 feet tank, after paying full. After many many follow up, he manged to get my tank made, but the joints are not aligned. Out of desperation I have to accept this bad quality tank. I won't recommend this place.

This shop owner Vikas shimpi is very arogant to speak to customers. You can get same products at a cheap price online. They give 10% discount if user give positive feedback. So you can understand the genuinity of reviews.

This fellow is a cheater.. he send people fish food which they didn't order.. I paid him Rs. 1400 for two packets or Cichlid Bio- Gold Fish Food, this thief sent me Cichlid Staple food sinking type.. now when I sent him the photo of the food he hasn't returned my money or replaced the food.. since more than a month now..

Unprofessional will remain unprofessional only. Again only filthy businessman (and again as unprofessional as you are and still proving), people like you would think like this that people are falsely keeping products and asking for replacement. Just to prove the review wrong, you're giving all the false explanations but still that doesn't change the truth. Who keeps the broken glass pieces, especially when the image was already shared with you as soon as it was received. You don't want to own your damaged products not your commitment as can been seen in the chat. And on top of that you're proudly giving excuses. You don't have any terms and conditions printed on the product page that says that the broken glass pieces should also be preserved for replacement, nor does your chat mentions anything as such. If that was not enough, you're comparing yourself to Amazon ....Lol. Learn to trust customers first. Nobody is interested in keeping anything for free.

COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!! Please do not buy anything from him online, I ordered plants from him and since it was not shipped after a week i contacted him and he told me that the plant was out of stock so i asked for a refund to which he agreed, I kept messaging him on WhatsApp but this fraud did not reply and finally i had to call him everyday for 7days straight, WHENEVER I call he says the refund is initiated but i never received a mail or anything finally I had to threaten him with a police complaint and dispute form with razor pay, and within 1hr I received mail that the refund is initiated. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM...BE WARNED!

Ordered 2 items (1.Sunsun HBL 802 Hang on external filter and 2. Tropica Aquarium Substrate 3Kg) through online on 29 Nov 2021. Payment is done with an extra Rs. 70 for fast courier service. Received a parcel that contain only the soil and filter was not there. Calling upon Mr. Vikas, he confirmed that due to size or safety concern the filter has been sent separately. I asked the AWB number, he told that will be shared however after a whole day of waiting I did not received any AWB number. Moreover, tried to call him again and surprisingly he is not attending the call, not responding even through watsapp. Atleast one thing is very clear, this person and his service is not genuine. It seems this person is knowingly trying to do fraudulent business activity in this country. I would have give no star if possible.

Got a small 15 litre tank. Nice shop. Lots of collection. Sales person are ok. Neither too helpful nor uncooperative. Just simple plain. Sales team can do some improvement. Felt they were afraid that people will steal items. Since its my first tank I will have to survey the market. Then will conclude till then 5 stars.

When you ask for tracking number he’ll say sending it to you in 15 minutes and that 15 minutes will never come it’s been 8 days and no update on the plants ordered on this website. Ordered an fish food through online on 8th Jun 2021, still the status is processing no proper number to contact and email ID to contact. When i contact to mobile number which they have provided in web site or google it's getting CALL HAS BE FORWARDED. I don't know weather i'll get the product or refund to my order. ATTACHED THE SCREEN SHOTS FOR REFERENCE. (If the product dispatched kindly share the AWB number even i have sent message through whatsapp i didn't get any response)

Great place to buy stuff from if you are a serious Aquarist. They keep almost all the supplies related to planted or non planted aquariums. They have good selection of tissue cultured aquatic plants.

The aquarium shop is really good. I bought my two fishes(gold) and also bought antifungal liquid. The owner is polite and has a beautiful range of fishes. And the fishes are healthy. You can see they're young and well taken care of. I recommend it to anyone who want quality fishes. Though it might be pricy compared to other aquariums, the fishlifespan is pretty good.
