We dined at Cream Centre Nashik today. The restaurant is a franchise of original Cream Centre of Bombay. The Ambience is good, the service was good (not great), food quality matches of Mumbai restaurant but could be improved. Penne Arrabita that we had ordered did not match the expectation and had flavor of tomato only. Chole Bhatura, Biryani Sizzler, Sizzling Hot Brownie tasted good. One thing restaurant is not as spacious as as Mumbai restaurants. It seemed a bit congested to me and there very less space move around with servers serving the food items. Tables are very close to each other. Last but not the least it is good addition to Nashik fine dining restaurants.

Very poor service. It's so funny these ppl r serving Biryani before the starters, and other main course. Poor communication between the waiters and the captain. Chef came out and cancelled 1 of our order. Lot of shouting and quarrelling in side the kitchen, sounds of which can be heard outside in the dining area. This is not expected from a reputed restaurant like yours! I hope u improve and wish u all d best for the same. U've lost 1 of your valuable customer!

If you are snacks lover and not looking for proper meals then this place is for you. I had ordered some regular starters and I must say the taste was really good and quantity was also good. Sizzler was good as well but rice content was too much and other items were very less. They need to work on the same. Rest everything was good. Try it for your if you wish to.

Kudos to the management who has kept the place clean and very hygienic... The food also tastes amazing and the ambience adds to its positive... Another plus point is the very generous and polite staff... A must visit in nashik as it serves all varieties of dishes from pastas to nachos and much more...

The city adds one more to its premium restaurant jam. This is a very nice place for for people of all age, Specifically for couples for a romantic date. The food is very delicious. Though it's a costly affair to eat their but it is worth every penny. Ambience is also great. A must visit place.

Ambience is what I like much than their food.. quantity does not match with the high price they charge..Food quality is nice.. service is quick but you may just need to wait outside for a table on weekends..had nachos with cheese there..taste can be improved.. did not like the oily taste of nachos..pav bhaji sizzler and manchurian sizzler were good..not much options for dessert.. would like to try more Mexican and Indian chaat there..nice and good variety..they serve burgers and sandwiches also..

Staff is completely unaware about the food they serve, lack of confidence and standards atleast it was not expected from brand like cream centre. I belong to the same industry and completely aware about ur SOP too but your staff is clueless completely. Need to pull up your socks guys. Taste is something which is necessary but if service is lacking people wont entertain it again.

The ambience is perfectly designed for my mood.I often visit Soul Restro Cafe and yes the owner is my very good friend now.Owner greets every one and this happens for to be nasiks few restaurants which are pet friendly.Majorily the chef do got some skills very clean , hygienic and tasteful food.
