Akbar Soda in Nashik is a very old established place serving soda since last 100 years. This place is not very far from the high and is located just opposite to an engineering college making it one of the preferred place for college students to hang out with their friend and sip the fizzy drink. The ambience is just like your neighbourhood local shop, not at its best structure yet boasting about the legacy and is passed through generations. The service is quite prompt and they have a variety of flavours to choose from. The Jeera and Kala Khatta flavour being on the top of the list. Akbar soda is surely a place to visit if you’re in the vicinity and sip some fizzy flavoured sparkling water after a good meal or to chill out with your friends. .

A place where I often used to hangout/chill with my buddies during my engineering days. The location is the biggest USP of this place. I have tried almost all the flavours of soda here. Jeera remains my favorite. Never was I disappointed by the taste or the fizz in the soda. The quantity is more than sufficient for the price charged. Service is good. The attitude of the staff is good. The place is small as it operates in a shop space. There's no ambience. Seating space is sufficient.

Serves only Soda (Aerated flavoured water) in various flavours - with or without masala. sitting space is limited and very congested. Most times you would have to finish your soda standing. Very affordable at Rs. 10/15/20 as per flavour and variety. Was told the Ice Cream (flavoured) Soda here is great. Got a chance to taste it only after half a dozen attempts, it finishes off very fast before noon, i am told. Found it OK once got to taste it but not that exclusive as the recommenders made it out to be.(maybe because it was not completely chilled on the very hot summer afternoon) A lot of other exquisite and innovative flavours are available - Kiwi, Blueberry, Fruit beer etc. etc.
