This
is
a
very
important
review
that
all
who
want
to
do
online
booking
over
apps
should
remember.
1.
When
you
fill
in
your
details,
take
a
screenshot
of
your
input.
This
is
because
when
you
you
will
select
confirm
booking,
the
input
gets
changed.
2.
I
have
experienced
this
with
agoda.com
and
booking.com
3.
When
you
reach
the
hotel
thinking
your
booking
is
confirmed
the
way
you
fed
your
details,
you
will
be
in
for
a
surprise
that
the
booking
has
different
details
than
what
you
fed
in.
4.
In
one
experience,
the
breakfast
and
the
parking
that
was
promised
in
the
package
was
not
showing
on
the
hotel
page.
Another
time,
a
5
guest
booking
reflected
as
a
4
guest
booking.
But
at
Treebo
Trend
Sapphire,
I
had
the
most
harrowing
yet
hilarious
experience.

The
booking
was
made
for
4
guests
in
2
rooms
and
it
showed
as
2
guests
in
2
rooms
on
the
hotel
page.
After
reaching
the
hotel
late
at
night
(late
check
in),
we
had
to
argue
with
the
receptionist
and
the
customer
care
at
Treebo
for
an
hour
trying
to
prove
why
we
would
never
do
that
intentionally.
6.
Eventually,
they
relented,
and
gave
us
the
check
in.
7.
We
even
found
out
from
another
guest
standing
there
that
they
had
a
similar
experience
right
that
same
morning.
This
is
absolutely
a
harrowing
experience
and
needs
to
pulled
by
the
authorities
concerned.
8.
I
have
given
2
stars
because
the
rooms
were
all
good
and
the
breakfast
was
hot
and
fresh.
