This is very huge co.plex and all the shops are aslo at low price if u want to buy one shop then there are 4..5.. shops there for rent and buy purpose left .. also well maintained area , eoads and passages

Some area of plaza is very dirty. Many shops close. Divya adlabs is there which is in very bad condition due to covid effect. Very few shops are having good business. Every month you see new shops. Many hospitals are there. Its totaly failed project which down the beauty of trimurti chowk. No need to build underground shops. Overall not satisfying place.
