Horrible in terms of cleanliness. Toilets inside Lifestyle Inorbit,Malad had cockroaches, urine on the floor, used tissues lying all over washroom.Tried highlighting the same to floor manager who were not that keen.Made them realise that their staff too uses such horrible washrooms. spoke with billing counter staff & counter Staff they said they too voiced out the same but no result. overall as a mall Inorbit is superb but Lifestyle hygiene vise is pathetic. Not received my Skybag - small and big at home as committed. Not working as per commitment. Still waiting. Staffs named meenu and Vineet over committed and passed wrong information to me. Still not received my products.

(Review is for LIfestyle stores at Inorbit Mall, Malad) I have been shopping here since past 10 years and the experience was always good. It is a great place for shopping perfumes, clothing, watches etc. They have a wide range of international brands of fragrances which I love the most. The staff is well trained and professional. Happy about Lifestyle stores at Inorbit Mall, and look forward to shop there again.

It's nice place for shopping, snacks and also there are games for childs as well as adult's. So u can enjoy and spend your time well. I'll post the photos of Games section soon.

Less variety. Did not enjoy shopping there as much as I use it.

It's a decent department store, has a wide range of luxury as well as in house brands available. Caters to the needs of men, women, children. Has a wide spread of everything right from clothing and accessories to make up and shoes. Hard to miss and definitely has something for everyone. What I personally felt is their recent upgrade of the store felt more organized finding ti easy to locate the cash counter as well. Staff was helpful as well.

Good place. Good locations..try going for discount offers in rainy season. But they charge extra for carry each bags.this should be avoided.

I am just sharing small incident of today 28/04/2022. After shopping in few international brand here I am sitting in Coffee joints infront of lifstyle due to my my online payments not working I need some change to pay coffee bill but no one one can able to give 500 rs change. Which is I am getting from lifstyle brand billing counter. There staff are very helpful and Quick resposive. cashier name is Miss NELU. Regards

Shopped there today for clothing and the experience was a breeze, thanks to Akash who was super helpful and understood what I was looking for and suggested some amazing options. I definitely see myself visiting the Inorbit Malad store more now onwards

Visited this store a month ago and had a horrible experience for below reasons- 1. They have internal lift to come down and go on the above floors. Time was approx. 8.30 pm when me and my friend used that lift to go to the ground floor, suddenly the lift got stuck and the lights went off, luckily after 2-3 mins it got on and we were out of that. While I understand this was a technical glitch but my point is why to have a lift instead of elevator which is much more safer. 2. The staff/salesperson who were managing the female footwear section, each and everyone of them were least bothered to ask me if I wanted a help for the kind of footwear I was looking for. I tried approaching few of them, but they seemed least interested to help me, instead they were busy with other high class potential customers. This was the worst Lifestyle store I ever visited so far and would think twice before visiting any even in the future.

Professional and Polite Staff at Inorbit Mall, Malad West . They have good product knowledge and are very Helpful. The store is only one level but the Experience is better than Shopper's Stop.

Was at the store at 11 am for some exchange and sales assist lady called Zeba helped me out...no words to describe the way she handled the issue and she was all smiles since we ended the transaction...need more people like her....god bless her

Lifestyle Team I would like to bring to your notice that your staff like Arvind Rao are exceptional in terms of customer service and delight. They help the customer right from beginning to the end that helps your business grow. He understood the requirements and made me buy some 17 clothes yesterday. Despite overflow of customers, he maintained the smile on his face.

Fatima and Mehboob at Lifestlye/Inorbit Mall, Malad offered excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about the products. Both of them were able to cater to my requirements in cosmetics.

They did not pack my clothes and an item was missing and there is no way to contact the store. They don't share the store number and the customer service has no information to help. So you have to physically go to resolve. Pathetic

I find lifestyle store at Malad West the best store to buy clothes. Whenever there is sale going on over there I get to buy from the best brands at affordable rates. No other store offers such variety in clothes so my first stop during sale period has always been lifestyle malad store. You can shop in peace and no one bothers you while you are shopping. Love the shopping experience.

Worst service ever. When I brought this sunglasses the staff told he will fix and give me but it didn’t last and when i checked the bill yesterday i got to know the exchange date was just till 3 july 2023. Soo bad service.

Disappointed with the way Lifestyle does false marketing, wanted a jeans same size 3 nos but was said no stock, because if 3 was taken discount would be applicable so they refused to give also got a dress for my Kid which after paying at the counter and while checking was a damaged piece and the cost was 4,000 Rs. Not happy if this Lifestyle is of Landmark Group Dubai then they need a serious look into the way they market during promotions.
