I
am
writing
to
express
my
disappointment
with
the
lack
of
proper
provision
of
water
cups
during
my
recent
visit
to
your
theatre.
The
manager
gave
only
one
metal
glass
between
100
people.
It
was
unsanitary
and
a
potential
health
hazard.
The
show
was
already
housefull,
being
aware
about
the
situation
and
climate
condition
your
managing
team
should
be
aware
of
it
and
should
keep
sufficient
disposable
water
glasses.
As
you
are
aware,
we
are
facing
a
global
pandemic,
and
it
is
imperative
that
businesses
take
the
necessary
precautions
to
ensure
the
safety
of
their
customers.
Providing
only
one
metal
glass
for
multiple
people
to
use
is
unacceptable,
especially
in
a
packed
theatre
where
the
risk
of
transmission
is
already
heightened.
In
addition
to
the
lack
of
water
cups,
I
was
also
dismayed
to
discover
that
you
are
charging
an
exorbitant
price
of
Rs.
65
for
a
bottle
of
water.
This
is
an
unfair
and
unreasonable
price
to
charge
for
a
necessity
like
water,
particularly
when
customers
are
already
paying
for
movie
tickets
and
other
snacks.
Hence,
this
Portray
sells
water
bottles
to
customers
and
charges
exorbitant
prices.
I
strongly
urge
you
to
reconsider
your
approach
to
providing
water
in
your
theatre.
It
is
your
responsibility
as
a
business
to
ensure
that
your
customers
have
access
to
clean
drinking
water,
and
this
includes
providing
sufficient
cups
for
everyone.
I
hope
you
will
take
my
concerns
seriously
and
take
immediate
action
and
a
resolution.
Thank
you
for
your
attention
to
this
matter.
