    They are so irresponsible, it is a shame that Sony has appointed them to service the SONY products. 1. If you call them on the landlines, it is possible that they would slam the phone on your face. 2. They don't have value for commitment. I am waiting since yesterday for a service to my SONY 65 inches, recently purchased TV from CROMA. 3. The field guy after committing, stops answering calls or messages. 4. They have no value of time. They believe in only three times of the day, morning, afternoon and evening. In local language they are called सकाळ, दुपार आणि संध्याकाळ. 😂🤣😂

    Nasik sony centre yash electronics not attending calls within given timeline, answers rudely. Sony is setting worst standards in service. Need serious improvements from their franchises.

    Pathetic service and rude behavior by the employees. Instead of this please go to Sony's other service center at Nasik - S. P. Incorporation at Mumbai Naka.

    Very Poor, Pathetic, service by one of the service agent of Sony Service Centre named as Dnyaneshwar. 1. I have 50 inches Sony Bravia TV which had video issue, so I had registered complaint for the same. Service agent named Dnyaneshwar visited home and said that your graphics board is not working we have to change it. So I have changed it, Still problem is not solved then he said that your motherboard is getting corrupted. After changing that too issue is not resolved. (He has lied repeatedly regarding service, he is not punctual and not professional, only in ethical business )

    I had launched a complaint of screen break of my 40 inch Sony Bravia LED TV. This centre called me then sent me an estimate and told me that screen is available so wark will be done. On 11.06.2020, I went to Yash Electronics. Staff told me that there was a miscommunication and part is not available. They told me that part will be available within 2-3 days. Now even after 8 days no response from them. Landline phone is not picked up by them Sachin Jadhav Nashik Road

    The staff knows there procedure and repairing of televisions,speakers and all. I went there to get my playstation 5 fixed. But, I got a response that any playstation can’t be fixed and will be replaced only. The display output of my playstation was not being supported. If one wants to get their television repaired. I recommend this place.

    My Sony Pendrive suddenly stopped working after 11 months of the purchase, so I went to the Service Centre to replace it. The Bill of the Pendrive was with my friend, so I called and asked them whether the Photo of the bill will be accepted or not. They clearly replied "Yes". I still took a colour printout of the bill's photo to be on the safer side. When I went there, they suddenly changed their statement and asked me to bring the Original Bill with me, and said that the photo of the bill won't work. When I went there the next day, Mr. Pathan who handles the replacement cases was NOT present at the shop. They made me sit for almost an hour saying that he will arrive in 10-15 minutes. When he finally came, he looked at the invoice and told me that the invoice can't be accepted because the "GST calculation wasn't shown on it" I told him that I had purchased that pendrive from a local shop, so of course it won't be a printed one with all the calculations shown on it. He still didn't accept it and asked me to bring the (Printed) Distributor Bill from the shopkeeper from where I had bought it. When I went to the shopkeeper, he told me that it has been almost a year now and he doesn't have such old Distributor bill with him. So finally, although my pendrive was under warranty, they didn't replace it just because the GST Calculations weren't shown on the bill. In addition to that, they made me wait for almost an hour just because their employee wasn't available in the office. Dear Sony team, if you're reading this review, please replace the entire staff in this service centre. They're absolutely Pathetic. Their willingness to serve the customer is absolutely ZERO. You can verify it from so many negative reviews that people have put here. Especially, penalize this Mr. Pathan as he isn't present in the shop during the working hours, and makes the customers wait for hours for him to arrive. Also, please make a rule that the Staff SHOULDN'T be allowed to leave the shop during the working hours so that the customer's time isn't wasted because of such people. Also, please try to understand that not every shop gives printed bills. You can't expect every small item to have the entire GST calculation shown on it, if it's a hand written one. If it's a small item like a Pendrive/Accessories, please accept the handwritten bills too. Conclusion: It was a terrible experience over here. Also, note that if you wish to replace anything, be sure that your bill has proper GST Calculations shown on it, otherwise they won't accept it. Also, this Mr. Pathan is generally not present in the shop, so be sure to call and ask whether he's present in the shop or not. Otherwise you'll have to wait for hours until he arrives. I really don't understand that inspite of so many negative reviews about this service centre, why hasn't Sony taken any action on them. The entire staff needs to be replaced asap. I have taken my time & effort to write such long & detailed review just in the hope that Sony takes some action onto it. Let's see if they ignore it as usual, or bother to take at least SOME action on them.

    Hey will always lie to you that they don't have the batteries of your earphones and they can't even replace them, they asked for 8k for the repair even if I bought them for 6k
