Sony
Pendrive
suddenly
stopped
working
after
11
months
of
the
purchase,
so
I
went
to
the
Service
Centre
to
replace
it.
The
Bill
of
the
Pendrive
was
with
my
friend,
so
I
called
and
asked
them
whether
the
Photo
of
the
bill
will
be
accepted
or
not.
They
clearly
replied
"Yes".
I
still
took
a
colour
printout
of
the
bill's
photo
to
be
on
the
safer
side.
When
I
went
there,
they
suddenly
changed
their
statement
and
asked
me
to
bring
the
Original
Bill
with
me,
and
said
that
the
photo
of
the
bill
won't
work.
When
I
went
there
the
next
day,
Mr.
Pathan
who
handles
the
replacement
cases
was
NOT
present
at
the
shop.
They
made
me
sit
for
almost
an
hour
saying
that
he
will
arrive
in
10-15
minutes.
When
he
finally
came,
he
looked
at
the
invoice
and
told
me
that
the
invoice
can't
be
accepted
because
the
"GST
calculation
wasn't
shown
on
it"
I
told
him
that
I
had
purchased
that
pendrive
from
a
local
shop,
so
of
course
it
won't
be
a
printed
one
with
all
the
calculations
shown
on
it.
He
still
didn't
accept
it
and
asked
me
to
bring
the
(Printed)
Distributor
Bill
from
the
shopkeeper
from
where
I
had
bought
it.
When
I
went
to
the
shopkeeper,
he
told
me
that
it
has
been
almost
a
year
now
and
he
doesn't
have
such
old
Distributor
bill
with
him.
So
finally,
although
my
pendrive
was
under
warranty,
they
didn't
replace
it
just
because
the
GST
Calculations
weren't
shown
on
the
bill.
In
addition
to
that,
they
made
me
wait
for
almost
an
hour
just
because
their
employee
wasn't
available
in
the
office.
Dear
Sony
team,
if
you're
reading
this
review,
please
replace
the
entire
staff
in
this
service
centre.
They're
absolutely
Pathetic.
Their
willingness
to
serve
the
customer
is
absolutely
ZERO.
You
can
verify
it
from
so
many
negative
reviews
that
people
have
put
here.
Especially,
penalize
this
Mr.
Pathan
as
he
isn't
present
in
the
shop
during
the
working
hours,
and
makes
the
customers
wait
for
hours
for
him
to
arrive.
Also,
please
make
a
rule
that
the
Staff
SHOULDN'T
be
allowed
to
leave
the
shop
during
the
working
hours
so
that
the
customer's
time
isn't
wasted
because
of
such
people.
Also,
please
try
to
understand
that
not
every
shop
gives
printed
bills.
You
can't
expect
every
small
item
to
have
the
entire
GST
calculation
shown
on
it,
if
it's
a
hand
written
one.
If
it's
a
small
item
like
a
Pendrive/Accessories,
please
accept
the
handwritten
bills
too.
Conclusion:
It
was
a
terrible
experience
over
here.
Also,
note
that
if
you
wish
to
replace
anything,
be
sure
that
your
bill
has
proper
GST
Calculations
shown
on
it,
otherwise
they
won't
accept
it.
Also,
this
Mr.
Pathan
is
generally
not
present
in
the
shop,
so
be
sure
to
call
and
ask
whether
he's
present
in
the
shop
or
not.
Otherwise
you'll
have
to
wait
for
hours
until
he
arrives.
I
really
don't
understand
that
inspite
of
so
many
negative
reviews
about
this
service
centre,
why
hasn't
Sony
taken
any
action
on
them.
The
entire
staff
needs
to
be
replaced
asap.
I
have
taken
my
time
&
effort
to
write
such
long
&
detailed
review
just
in
the
hope
that
Sony
takes
some
action
onto
it.
Let's
see
if
they
ignore
it
as
usual,
or
bother
to
take
at
least
SOME
action
on
them.
