It's only for display. Products are not available for buying immediately. They take 6 hours or 1 day to deliver even smallest product to you. We went for buying fan, only display piece was available. We went for buying induction cook top, only display piece was available. Who is going to be at loss ?? Inventory management is poor. I went for buying iPhone, they promised to make it available in 2 hours. But at the end gave us in evening after wasting our time.

Okay.. everything is good but there delivery is very slow I buy a product on 30 March and they were delivering on next day but the product I got on 3rd of Apirl I visited 2 times just to track my delivery.

Unprofessional staff. No knowledge about their own products. I spent around 30mins and the salesperson was not able to explain anything confidently. Besides attending to me, they were just waiting for the tablet to be free to confirm the price and offer of any product. Another sales girl was literally using a test straightener to straighten her own hair while there were multiple customers around. Needs better staff and management.

Very horrible experience. I purchased water heater. They told the engineer will come for installation. After waiting for a week we tried to contact Croma shop. Nobody attended pH call. So we had to go personally. Nobody knew who the engineer was, nothing. After speaking little loudly they did something and engineer came after 2 days. All chaos.

They don't have enough counters for Billing, always we need to stand in a line for payments, pathetic service and very slow billing counters, it's all wastage of time. Good place for timepass but not for real purchasers and professionals. I wasted my 1 hour of life at this place, Billing counters are not working, only one counter is working and only one more customer for billing but person on the counter is totally confused, all other Billings desk people are not interested in billing.. so no control and they don't need customers too. Better avoid it.

I had booked LG 55 inch screen 22/10/22 and received it on 23/10/22. However, still waiting for technician for installation of unit. College road showroom representatives only assuring for installation and providing technician number but the technician is not picking up the call. Therefore, the interest and excitement of family member in purchasing the unit has been lower down. Compelled to say that, croma showroom found to be interested only in selling of units but after sale the service for installation is not appropriate which causing the in losing of happiness of purchasing on the festival events. Further, in parking some stranger has caused loss to my vehicle for which i have asked to the showroom persons for cctv footage, however, they are expressed inability to provide for want of poor quality. This is not fair to treat the customer in such negative ways. Local shop owners providing much better service than this type of service . Still wasting my time to calling again and again to the croma showroom people for installation of unit but no avail.

Worst staff I ever seen in my whole life. We were going to buy iPhone at croma at around 9.15 at night. When we entered in the shop some staff chanting like go to the back office if customer wants to finance the product we tell sales executive to tell them come tomorrow. And same thing happened with us. Sales executive told us that come tomorrow if you have to finance the mobile else if you have cash then we will do further procedure.

On the occasion of Valentine day I went with my wife swati to buy mobile. We purchased Reno8T and Mr.Vickey Mane told us about scratch card offer. Surprisingly we got I phone11 as free gift. Overall it was pleasure visiting croma college road Nashik.

Yesterday i got a Xiaomi pad-6 and in the showroom we were guided by Rohit nikam sir...one of the Staff member...he is really too good he explained us everything...and the main issue occurred of my online payment issue....The bank servers were busy and i was not able to make online payment....and the bill was ready...the shop was about to close it was 9.30pm...but my bank servers were not responding....all the staff in the showroom was leaving hence it was closing time...but Mr.rohit nikam sir...he waited for me just to make payment successful....he would have said let it be come afterwards.....but he waited for me...it was nearly 9.50pm....just for us he waited 20mins more....their was no one only the showroom closing staff was their...he said to them wait for a while their payment issue is occurring...and the showroom waited..and aftersome time my payment was made.... From this i just want too say,that croma Respects their every customer in all the situations They are really the best staff And the services here are just superb... if you want a good Service and Best Quality electronic products,Then you must visit the croma showroom✨
