Due to pandemic they are able to process few customers so they are giving tokens for other day. So timing which they have mentioned is come between 11-2 pm if you want to submit your device and 3-5 is the time to collect the device. They are right now working on monday to friday so make a note of this google data is not updated one.

I am very happy to say about the service regarding the OnePlus service centre that is very fast and better than any other service centre as compared to the screen replacement process. The problem of the green line occurred on the display of the OnePlus mobile phone every model from 8t, to 11r.

I had a one plus phone and I love one plus since they really provide one of the best flagships specifications at a reasonable price. Have been using OnePlus 3T, OnePlus 5, and now OnePlus 11R. My 3T fell down face down and the screen cracked. Since I didn't want to spend a bomb replacing the LCD. I got it replaced by a third party service provider (duplicate quality). Spent only half of what one plus official price was. Within just one week. I accidentally stepped on my phone. With just very minimal pressure. The duplicate LCD broke. I gave up. Got my LCD screen replaced by the original OnePlus here very quickly. Service was excellent. Advice. Don't buy duplicate LCD. It's the main interface you have with your expensive compact & smart super computer. The duplicate LCD was also blurry... The OnePlus 5 has a better screen but I also need to get that replaced now. Lol. Hopefully my 11R will be sturdier.

This time it was very very hot in the store. AC not working, waiting of 2 hours plus and this is my 2nd phone for display issue. Loosing trust in one plus phones now.. offering either display replacement or only 27000 voucher which isnt a great support to buy a new phone and that too one plus where we are already loosing faith due to display issues observed on 2 phones.

I have purchased OnePlus mobile from this store yesterday evening. Staff was not at all good. They are not even interested to explain in brief about the product. Though I was sure about the model which I wanted to purchase that is the only reason i purchased the product from this store. And second reason is it is the nearest store from my residence area. I wanted to transfer my data into my new device. The staff who was attending me not even bother to recheck. Though I complain at billing counter that your service is very bad the concern person was not even interested to know the reason. Overall bad experience.

They think customers are fools and can be taken for a ride because this is India and customer care here is at the rock bottom. They say the service centre is open on Sunday but when you reach there after one hour drive, you find the service centre closed, the height of irresponsible behaviour. Unfortunately, I have three devices in family and we really regret it.

Oneplus is good in Sales, poor in after sales service. I have 4 Oneplus products as under - Oneplus 8 Oneplus Nord CE Oneplus Bullets Z Oneplus Buds For liquid damage in Nord, service centre took 2 weeks only to tell display is damaged and also the motherboard and cost would be 20K to repair the handset worth 25K. They informed that also after continuous followups on Social Media. Their service centre has only 1 mobile number which you need to redial continously 150 times to be able to reach them once. No proactive response from their end. Pure nonsense! Immediately bought Samsung from Reliance Digital which is there next door. Nord would be repaired from local market at cheaper rate, as a backup. Bye Bye Oneplus!!!

Worst service. They dont value the time of customers. Minimum 2.5 hrs waiting. Then we have to come again to collect the device after 3-4 days. Then again keep u in waiting just to collect your device. Not at all recommended. From my side, if possible i will give -ve one rating...

Awesome Experience :) My OnePlus 5 phone wasn't getting charged since morning, even 3.5 audio jack had an issue but both these problems got fixed within 7-10 minutes.... Great Experience

I have purchased 50 inch tv in the month of april from one plus tv and it feels ridiculous to even write this that im having tv flickering issue for the second time now within 3 months and its been 7 days since the engineer have visited for his checks and no response post that. I have no trust with this tv company anymore and feel like company is looting the customers 40-50k ( hard earned money) like anything. Please look into it at the earliest.

The phone that I bought from here was defective. The sales person is very rude and doesn’t know how to speak politely with customers. Even after repeated warnings he didn’t reduce his tone. Disappointed with this store, have been a regular customer at this place but the phone quality and the customer service was pathetic. Never gonna come back to this place again. I went there to check out one plus phones, thought i would just experience phone performance, particularly the camera, and then order the phone from online, because i presumed online prices are cheaper. But the prices here are exactly same as that in Amazon. Even EMI prices matched, so obviously one myth was broken. They have live phones of all their models so i could actually check camera and all other performances directly, instead of relying on other people's reviews. Yes but availability of all models can be an issue. Like i selected the OnePlus 10T to buy, the model with 12gb ram, they but had only the black color phone available immediately, i wanted the jade green color phone but it was not available. They said it might take around 1 week to get that particular color of same model. The staff was really helpful too. They good knowledge about the config of the phones, but payment options like what will be the emi value for certain credit cards. Overall a very nice experience, and I would ask everyone in Thane looking to buy a OnePlus phone, should definitely visit this store before buying, whether you decide to buy it from here or online that's completely upto you.

Located on 1st floor now. Ground floor has OnePlus showroom, have to go around the back to get to service center. Went because buttons on OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z were not working. After confirming the issue, they replaced it with the newer Wireless Z Bass Edition. Taking off 2 stars as it took 2½ hours in total despite no repairs and not much crowd (see pic). Had to wait in line for 1 hour. After confirming issue, a form was given and I was told to come back after 1 hour just to get replacement. Had to stand in line for 30 mins after returning. Besides the time, experience was smooth.

No one is ready to answer your queries calmly, Not a single explanation on offers as HDFC Regalia credit card has 2000 rs cashback. They told me the bank can proceed with Emi you just have to give a call and they will convert it. Now my bank is telling me i cant opt for this option after the purchase. Please train and educate your sales person.

I visited this store on 11th October 2024 around 11:45 AM. To my surprise show room staff was non polite, non cooperative. They were simply seating/standing and bearly replying questions. Their answers were shortest as if they have no interest to sale any product. They are busy chatting with eachother and don't even bother to the customer. I asked for smart watch. Staff replied that they don't want to sale watch. And no reason was given why. Finally, seating in the store, I have to order phone online on one plus website.

They have adopted great initiative for Mobile repair. For most of the problem they are repairing and delivering product on same day(most probably in few hours or sometimes even in few minutes). In earlier days, It was giving mobile to service centre was like you have to compulsory needed backup mobile. They were taking weeks and months many time. Ok leave it. Very amazing, responsive and fast service, I had a One Plus Nord which got damaged due to an accident and I had a very urgent requirement of getting the phone serviced so they do it within 3 hours and i got my phone serviced and repaired very quickly. Very good and cooperative service. Thankful to the One Plus Team.

I came here for replacement of Type C to 3.5mm adapter, I get replacement very easily, staff is helpful and kind. They offer tea/coffee as complimentary.

Zero Customer Service. They don't have the bandwidth to handle large number of orders. I pre booked OnePlus 12 and was assured for delivery on 29th but when I reached they refused and asked to wait for 2-3 more days as they got extra prebook orders than anticipated....I really don't know why OnePlus opens only one store in a city like Thane where there are so many users ?? And is it not the responsibility of OnePlus to get atleast the prebook orders on time, if not extra ?? What is the use of pre-booking if you can't get it on time.... Ridiculously Poor Service

Very inside. 1st floor is on 2nd floor. No network area, only jio works. They serve you gud, but they don't solve problem as they are not aware only of this common issue in their model. I went there to solve my edge light issue & proximity sensor. After spending 2 hours with them, coming home problem unresolved.

I visited this store for purchasing a mobile on 26th august 2023 @ 3.30pm, since i had selected the model already there was no need of demonstration and i headed towards payment, The payment counter was managed by an unprofessional man, He started scratching the Security Chip on the card without even asking me, despite telling him that he can use the NFC , he refused to do so and started arguing, when i asked for store manager i was told that he is out for lunch, Finally i purchased the Oneplus mobile from Amazon, Hope the store will improve the service and behaviour towards customers,

I own one plus 3t and now its volume down and power button doesn't work ,I went to this service centre and they told me we cant do anything as company had stopped producing 3t model , I bought my phone in 2017. I was in a shock that how fast can they disown their own product. If some technical problem occurs to your newly bought One plus 8 after 3 years they are not responsible . My advice to potential One plus buyers think twice before you invest in this product. Very bad experience

Had taken my phone 🤳 for repairs . The service centre is behind in the same building. Not happy with the service said my phone failed the litmus test. So it was water damage diagnosed by the service guy. I had taken an extended warranty but was of no use since my phone is not covered in that . Said my repair charges was 24 k which was 2k more that the price i got it for. Got it repaired locally for 4.5 k it's a joke now .

My one plus wireless Buds was not working, the product was under warranty. Two wheeler parking is available inside the compound. The Service Centre is good and Hygiene is well maintained. Replacement of my Buds took around one hour. Was disappointed why it took them one hour to replace my Buds. Overall experience was Good

One of the sales person who attended our query did fail to show the actual mobile phone to us, though which was available in the showroom , also didn't seem to have any attitude for helping us to purchase the product. salesperson didn't take the time to explain the features and benefits of the different mobile phones or guide us. seems like this salesperson was not up to the standards you would expect from a mobile showroom. His lack of professionalism and customer service skills may have cost them a potential sale and, worse, it could have damaged your perception of the brand.

Sales men busy chatting among themselves lack product( 65 inch tv ) Q2 .knowledge .when asked about the most premium product can a customer extend product warranty first got a no then some body promptd a yes .no courtesy to greet to ask for water in this humid summers . I made a appointment call to the store before visiting still I guess I could not convince them that I was a serious buyer. Should not name them experience store left In a bad taste felt it would be good to buy it else where but not this store . Found it a bit unprofessionally managed . Does not give me that wow experience. A vijay sales person or a Croma person has more warmth in there approach. Avoid going to Thane oneplus they don't need you attitude prevails. I wonder how they where trained? They even did not know no of speak their product has .

My front camera was not working properly (hazy / out of focus pictures). I stepped in at 3:00 PM and stepped out with front camera replaced + warranty claim formalities at 4:30 PM. Super fast service. Although, I was second in line to get attended to, so the lead time was less, but the operational time was efficiently managed too.

The token system is really efficient! Following Social distancing norms are very easy as the infra is available. Staff is friendly, understanding and quick to resolve and create a case. The on site engineer was quick to help me with my phone charging issue and in 10mins my phone was getting charged as usual. Bottom line - Quick, efficient and effective, wholesome experience.
