My nieces and I were in the mood for some happy meals after we had been out running around Cedar Falls all afternoon. Cedar Falls McDonald's was very fast and had us on the way in no time. My niece is loved the toys that they got. Would definitely recommend this McDonald's.

They kicked me out because of my service dog I’ve been in this McDonald’s numerous times over the past year with my service dog. General Manager never ask what tasks he was trained to do which is a violation she also tried telling us I never went into McDonald’s or we would’ve been kicked out due to food safety violation which does not apply to service animals then she said I didn’t have a proper vest on him which I did. Per Ada guidelines Service animal vest do not have to be a certain color etc. so if I ever decide to go to the McDonald’s again they will be medically responsible if anything changes ever happens. My service dog wasn’t doing anything to provoke this he sat and adjusted himself accordingly but never misbehaved like she’s now trying to say. She still failed to give me her name and tried saying a dog who was sitting and got up and sat down again was misbehaving. The family who owns this facility didn’t do anything about it either and she’s lying through her teeth to save her job.

Ordered a Happy Meal through the app for my 6 year old nephew. Got it home and discovered they didn't put the chocolate milk in it. We live 25 miles from the restaurant and with a snow storm approaching, we chose not to go back to get it. The food was great though.

Food was McDonald's just decent but what I expected, the managers there were very kind and gave it a great atmosphere. You could tell it was a frequent pick for people because the staff greeted them happily by name. Great McDonald's and its always goo to know that it'll be a good one.

It’s McDonalds. What’s greater than a grease-fest of fries and burgers? (Don’t forget your nuggets too) & a good soda? This McDonald’s specifically is always busy. The wait is always longer here, and I don’t know why. There’s no way it 23 minutes to make a chicken sandwich. I don’t get it?

Fries were cold and no salt. Burger was decent, not much flavor though. It was slow that day, so probably the reason for cold fries.

Worst experience ever. We waited 30 minutes and finally had to leave because we were late for our appointment at a facility. The time was 1:00 am, but there was a line and the staff clearly not prepared or competent. They were doing there best I am sure.

The atmosphere sucks, it's literally the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. It's hard to even get Doordarsh orders picked up. The staff sounds and looks like they want to quit. The food? I've wasted so much money, 3 times in a row my nuggets I ordered were never in the bag. The fries I ordered never in the bag and when it was it's stale or not fresh at all.

Great food and service. Although there was a short scrawny man yelling at everyone in the parking lot the day I came, he was wearing a dominating hoodie and had weird stickers all over his honda civic. Was nice regardless.

Today's visit was very disappointing. You can usually at least count on the fries, but today (3:30 - after school with my granddaughter) the fries were cold and soggy 🙁. The dining area was a mess and there appeared to be only one poor woman working the counter. Yikes 😳!

Brandon was probably one of the best employees to ever work at a McDonald establishment, he was 100% chill and sweet. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. Working and dealing with teenagers at 3am is rough but he still manages to be an amazing worker. And he worked both windows 5 stars for Brandon.

No one to take out order, we had to do it on the kiosk thing, then placed ordered ar 7:41pm and received food at 8:03pm. The drive thur and take out orders were going faster then our in store order. This was ridiculous and the service was bad. I will never stop at this McDonald's again.

Mc Donald's is Mc Donald's. The prices are higher than the quality of the food. If you order anything wrapped, ie double cheese burger or Mc chicken, it's going to get to you looking like it was used as a hockey puck. I ordered a Mc Rib and I was thinking since I paid nearly 6 dollars for it, it might reach me unscathed but nope, look liked someone had an accident in the box. The people are always great but that's like telling the police that the person who robbed you was well mannered. I understand inflation, but these prices need to slow down, or the food needs to get better to justify spending what there asking for. Not to rant, but McDonalds was once a place to take the kids to catch a bite to eat and it was kinda fun, now it is like this one in particular was bought by a divorced dad and it's just sterile and boring. Your Mc Donald's, if I wanted a scrappy 6 dollar burger I would go to Hardee's.

We haven't been in months, early out and that's what the kids wanted for lunch. It was busy but spent 25 min in the drive through. Originally handed the wrong order. Missing toy from happy meal. It was a busy lunch hour but it consistently takes 20-30 min to get food and the order is typically incorrect. We've only gone maybe 3 times in the last 6-8 months and same results every time.

Caleb is so sweet and he is always so quick! Always smiling and super patient!! Love the quick service and food is always fresh. COOKIES ARE ALWAYS FRESH AND THE BEST!! I needed help inside a few times and I was always helped without hesitation!

I went there a few minutes ago since I was super hungry and that was the only place open. First I asked the guy nicely for it to be made fresh but he responded with “it’s already fresh” so I was like okay thank you. But then when I got food, it didn’t feel fresh at all. And I asked for fresh cause I knew that I won’t be eating it for a couple minutes after that. But I decided to let that go since they were busy and I didn’t want to give them a hard time. And then later when I’m finally eating my food, the chicken in the sandwich is super old and smelt like rotten meat left out for days. I took a bite and had to spit everything out. I usually don’t waste my time writing reviews but honestly this was the worst experience. Like if you know you aren’t gonna make the food right and in a sanitary way while making sure you follow health guidelines, please don’t sell food to people. People can get sick from this.

very rude and disrespectful behavior toward me this very fine evening and I cant believe they would say this to me. I wanted some spicy nugs and asked what's the biggest count I could get. their response was despicable. this caused me to enter a bad state and ruined the rest of my evening. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking into calling corporate. maybe even suing. I'm very enraged at this moment. will not be dining here again will be taking my business to BK where I rule.

Tuesday was extremely busy the two young ladies that were working around 9pm up front deserve a raise they really held down the store! Keep it up!
