My boyfriend ended up hitting a deer recently. Kious Kountry was very understanding on letting us use one of their rental cars to use as a secondary vehicle to use so we could both get to work and while we had to search for the right vehicle. When we found the right one, we came back to them and had them inspect the vehicle to make sure there was nothing wrong with it before we purchased the vehicle. We a very thankful to have such a wonderful business in our area to help us out. They are the real hometown hero's! Thank you for everything that you all do here and keep up the amazing work!

If I could give more stars to rate the service, friendliness, accommodations I received working with this business I would. My car was damaged after being hit. From start to finish, Beau and the staff have done an exceptional job. I felt comfortable and at ease with working with them thanks to their friendly attitude and professionalism. They had a loaner vehicle for me so I could continue with my week as usual. The damage was fixed and looks brand new. They also made sure my car was clean and even touched up a rust spot on my vehicle with some paint. The were good on time as I got my vehicle back within the week I dropped it off. Not only did I get great service, I felt they went above and beyond. I would recommend going here. I left the parking lot very happy with the service at Kious Kountry.
