    Ordered on Doordash and got the wrong sandwich. It looks like they "toasted" it for 2 seconds then proceeded to have their way with the sandwich. It was disheveled by the time I got it. It lay there on my doorstep half out of the wrap. Truly a sorry sight to behold. I may be a victim of bad service but this sandwich is just a victim.

    This has not been the first time we have had issues with This Subway. I ordered a #15 Titan Turkey, does this look like 2x turkey and 2x cheese What A Joke!!! Yes I could come back for a new one well cost of Gas why would I should have to make it right first time. Cost u could get more making it ur self.

    Brett's review made me laugh but this Subway can't possibly deserve only one star. Sounds like he was hurt by Doordash and you know what they say about hurt people hurting people. In this case, perhaps Subway is the real victim Update: seems like Brett may be onto something (photo). My 5-star review stands, however

    Normally subway is pretty decent, but today it was awful. The one making my sandwich was in a poor mood, with a bad attitude. I asked him not to put a lot of cheese on my sandwich and asked him to stop twice, then he just takes the cheese off and throws it back in the container. My husband ordered a All American Club on white and they started making it on wheat , he politely corrected the guy and he took everything off the sandwich and threw the bread back in the bread container, very scarce on products , not like usual. I asked the guy if he would be able grab a fresh knife from the back to cut my sandwich because I’m allergic to onions, because they usually just put the knife in water, to wash it off a little & use on sandwiches, he proceeds to tell me they only have 1 knife in the building, he said he would go to the back sink and rinse it and wipe it off , I said alright that’s fine, the presentation of my sandwich awful, thrown together as if they didn’t care . Very impatient when I was trying to decide if me and my husband wanted cookies or chips, very impatient when I was looking to see what they had for bottled drinks.

    How hard is it to make a damn sandwich? We ordered 3 subs. One out of 3 were correct. Paid $1.80 for smashed avacado and never got. The best they could do is remake my sandwitch. We live 30+ minutes away and we’re just in town needed a bite to eat. Will never eat there ever again!

    VERY disappointed I. The cleanliness of this Subway! Upon entering, at 3:45 pm, there were NO customers and no staff in front. A very friendly staff member came out from the back area as soon as I got to the counter. That’s when I noticed the absolute mess behind the counter. Food and sauce was scattered all over the prep counter as well as trash on the floor. I’ve never seen this location like this before.

    Went here because it had a drive through, but it was closed. Went in and waited and when it was my turn they said they had to make an online order before mine. Ok I get it. When I get to checkout I see the fountain pops are out of order. Ok no big deal, I buy a bottle pop. I ask if I can have a cup, they offer me a tiny water cup. I asked if I could have a normal to go cup. This request did not seem appreciated. He said, yes but it will cost you as much as the bottle of soda. Are you serious? I said, so your fountain pop is out of order so I buy a bottle of pop and you want me to pay the same amount for a cup?! I could go across the street to the gas station and get one for free. Clearly customer service has left the building these days. Wow

    The speed and quality of service at this restaurant have been consistently abysmal for years. I've waited in line for an hour, had my sub made wrong in front of me, and had (multiple) online orders not even started when I got there twenty minutes later and the restaurant was dead, and other online orders but with multiple mistakes in the sandwiches. At the end of the day, you'll get pretty close to a standard Subway sandwich so if that's what you like and you're willing to order in person to avoid mistakes then you'll get what you're expecting here. But with Sub City and Jimmy John's both available in town, you can probably avoid this place for all but the most particular Subway cravings.

    The app said it was ready, i get there and they are just starting the order, which is fine not a big deal. I get home and take a bite of my “sandwich” and find bread with the ghost of a memory of rotisserie chicken, a mist of sauce, and some veggies piled on one side off center. So essentially it was like eating a watered down sandwich flavored bread… not my first bad experience here, but im so tired of it at this point… 1/10 attempts to eat here go well for me, and i only ever try it again cause my girlfriend is an optimist and thinks it might be better this time…
