I believe that they should be sued for false advertising with that commercial about integrity. That place used to have integrity years ago but not now. If they had integrity then when someone called about an item someone borrowed and pawned, then if the person went delinquent then a place with integrity would of let them know. Not Jerry's, they'll just sell it on them.

A couple weeks ago I went to Jerry’s Pawn. I like to browse the pawn strip every few months to see if there is anything I can’t live without. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Even though it had been 6 months since my last visit the lovely young lady behind the counter seemed to remember me from prior visits. I found a DVD I had been looking for but nothing else that I just had to have. Just joking around I asked for a very specific item, without missing a beat she turned rummaged around a bit and pulled out exactly what I was looking for. The price was perfect with no haggling. Bought an Original Xbox One a few months ago and it still works just fine. Only giving them 4 instead of 5 due to the smaller selection of items, with it being in Dubuque you'd expect a few more items. If I could give them a 4.99999 then I would. Great customer service and items that work.
