Friendly staff and the doctors take the time to explain what there doing and what the problems/solutions are in a way I can understand, your able to relate to the staff and doctors in a good way like there friends of yours. The only thing I would like to see change is maybe a little bit more patient privacy in the office in my personal opinion anything medical needs to be 110% confidential.
