What a great new coffee shop! People keep saying how there are a lot of coffee shops in town but this one brings a whole new take on coffee. Their Hawaiian coffee is delicious and their atmosphere is peaceful and happy :) loved sipping on my almond mocha while reading my book!

I was excited to try this new coffee, as a couple friends had positive thoughts on it. I ordered a medium roast and a dark roast. The weren’t serving the dark roast today, so they told me they would have to make it special but were happy to do it. The Dark roast coffee was like water- they called it Lava something. I’m not sure what I was given or if their beans are mislabeled but it was absolutely flavorless. Coming from a person who craves a dark roast - mind you. I decided to try the medium roast- it was pretty good. Exactly like you would expect from a medium coffee. I poured the two in cups once home. My so called dark roast was much lighter than the dark roast I ordered. A wasted cup of coffee. I’m let down, I really wanted to love the coffee. Perhaps if you can actually get the dark roast- it would be bad a$$. My review is 3 stars for this reason. The staff was friendly, helpful. There are no envelopes or sleeves for gift cards. I was disappointed in this too. But it’s a new place, maybe it will work out the bugs.

I'm so happy we decided to find a local shop instead of a big box chain.. I know this is also a chain, but it's lesser known.. proved by a coffee guru such as myself. We stumbled in and bought a few coffees before heading out on a road trip.. and we turned around to walk right back in to tell them how delicious it was and buy coffee. The cold brew is excellent by the way! They didn't have what we wanted, so I emailed the customer service for the company and they answered the next day, provided a link, and a discount. They've earned our business!

We really enjoyed this coffee shop and their sustainable mindset. The coffee was delicious and we only had a large basic Blended drink that did NOT taste like dessert in a cup but actual coffee. They gave us a hearty sample before we made an informed decision to order.

Since the first time trying badass , I've been absolutely obsessed!! I haven't ventured away from the Three Waves , but it's just too good!! My absolute favorite part is they use frozen coffee cubes in their iced drinks! So genius!!! Badass is officially a staple for me!

My Bestie and I drove over an hour to this shop because we fell in love in Naples on a Girl's trip. I bought several items, but my stickers didn't end up in the bag. The store researched who's they were and called me the next day, before I realized they were actually missing, and not stuffed in my purse or something. I explained that I lived an hour away, so they mailed them to me free of charge! AMAZING customer service!! Would highly recommend!!!

Everytime I come spend my hard earned money here I get rude customer service! I went through the drive through today just had surgery and thought I’d stop to grab a drink & both the guy and girl were so rude. Small encounters matters especially if folks are supporting your business. I love the coffee but this was my final straw and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Love the Chillers here. Like a coffee milk shake. Consistency is a little hit or miss sometimes but overall they have some of the best coffee in the area.
