Pizza and fríe chicken its very good all service its fantastic

5pm and the selection was pork,pork,pork,pork,pork,pork, or cheese bread stick. Absent was all of their signature pizzas like the Mac&cheese, steak and onion, the only speciality pizza on Buffet when I walked in was the chicken bacon ranch. I watched the same single bbq wing sit in the pan for over 30 minutes nobody wants an old chicken wing people. The regular chicken was awesome as always they should call it chicken ranch because that's what they do right. They didn't even have the ingredients for standard menu pizzas ready for dinner serve. I've eaten at over 20 different pizza ranch locations hundreds of times this by far was my worst first impression of any pizza ranch location I've eaten at. On the up side it is hands down the cleanest location I have ever been to which in the world of buffets I believe is an important and impressive feat. The young woman attending the Buffet was constantly swapping out old and bring new food so it was not a lack of attention by the front of the house. The bussing service was some of the promptest I've ever experienced in any restaurant setting period. The only place I've eaten at that was quicker to clear the table of extra dishes I had to wear an orange suit to dine at by no means is this a bad thing.

We had carryout and waited for fresh tenders and biscuits. Tenders were so over cooked my dog wouldn't eat them and the biscuits were burnt and hard. Chicken dinners were cold and the desert pizza was under cooked. Overall the food was terrible. The only positive thing was the staff was friendly.

Delicious, fresh, and clean! Empty plates didn't sit on the table even a minute and a worker was already cleaning them up and was very enthusiastic dispute how full the restaurant was and she seemed to be the only table buser.

Lots of pizza selections and buffet table never pizzaless. Huge pile of chicken that was wonderfully tasty. One of the best Pizza Ranch location we've been to in while.

Got charged 19.00 for some chicken that was so old and overcooked that it was like chicken jerky! Plus I got a pizza that was also overcooked and so dry by the time I got back home it was almost not edible. I did send in a message to the staff and guess what, conveniently got no reply. I guess they don't like hearing from folks like me. Guess what, I'll shop elsewhere from now on!! 9-25-22 I waited to post this because of being nice to the staff, but here's what transpired. After getting no feedback I went on FB to post some input to the management staff. I got no positive feedback and go argued with. So it looks after reading some other posts it will not be a food stop of choice again for more than just us. Too bad, because the companies platform is a solid one. if you got to Apple Valley area that store is top shelf. 10-13-22

Good variety of delicious pizza, great american fried chicken in a spacious/confortable restaurant. You can still get some coffee at the end of your great meal. Nice people work here and very straightforward. I will certainly get back many times to this restaurant.

Chicken wings were burnt, and all fat no chicken. Called manager said they were cooked per directions. Did not offer replacement...had to drive back to get refund.

Bad service. Food wasn't special. It's a place for families with loud kids and people that like that kind of atmosphere

I had my son’s birthday party there this week and was very disappointed. We had to track employees down to ask for the items included in the party package we bought. Then the employees didn’t know where anything was and seemed to be frustrated we were asking. I confirmed our reservation the day before and the staff seemed completely unprepared and confused when we arrived for the party. I will not have a birthday party there again.

All food was freshly made and delicious. We love our first time in to eat. Always delicious 😋

The first thing you notice when trying to get to the restaurant is the smell from the near by fields. There is either a big cow farm or some sort of gathering place for transport or whatever. Either way, it was a very strong pungent smell. Not the restaurant’s fault but you just have to be ready for it. Once inside though you won’t notice it. The buffet was all inclusive for one price, including dessert and drinks. That was nice but you have to pay extra to get a to go cup. There were plenty of pizzas to try. Most of the pizza though was the thin, crispy crust type. I saw, on the way in, unlimited stuffed crust pizza but I did not see any on this trip. Besides pizza you can also get fried chicken, soup, salad, and dessert. The fried chicken was also very good. I got lucky as they brought out a fresh batch of fried chicken. The fried chicken did not have much coating, if any. The skin was fried to a crisp so it was not fatty at all. As it was fresh the chicken was piping hot and juicy. It was all about timing I guess.

Caught right in the middle of brunch. I'm pleased to say it was perfect. Clean top to bottom. Kind and friendly staff. The pizza is always perfect totally stocked with hot and ready food at the tip of the tongs! Magnificent keep it up yall!!

The staff is AMAZING! The only reason I didn't give five stars is because I wish they had more of a variety for food. What they do have is great though!

Just had my sons birthday there. The bunkhouse was free, they had party packages (optional), and they were good about cleaning up after. The food was good as usual and the kids loved the arcade. I do wish they had Mac and cheese though other than on Tuesdays. I really love it.

We were here for our great grandsons Birthday party. Food was great and well prepaired, they always kept the buffet full for all their customers. Grandson had a great time in your game room, was a good idea when pizza ranch put in a game room for kids to play.

My favorite pizza ranch location! The food is usually very fresh but if it isn’t they will gladly make some new if you ask! The salad bar is always packed with good, healthy options and the chicken is great! I’m always excited to see their stuffing at the buffet, it’s so good! The options vary but they do take special requests and will serve it to your table. The fun zone is a great way to let the kids burn off some energy. We usually take our daughter here every few weeks for a treat 😋

Great food! The fried chicken is Amazing! I loved that the Pizza Ranch in Austin, MN played Christian music, which made for a great family atmosphere. I highly recommend that you come and try them out!

We arrived at 10.50 am and were allowed on to sit and start. Very clean and we were very impressed with the variety for being early. Salad bar was so fresh, chicken is sensational and the pizza was very good. So glad we went!

Food was good, the ice-cream was some of the best I've ever had. People in this state tend to be very rude, though the employees were very nice.

We stopped in town for an over night stay and found this place close to the hotel. Very pleasant atmosphere with a western theme. Plenty of options and good ice cream. Highly recommended.
