We have shopped in the Cool Springs store for ten years. I went in yesterday to have my ring cleaned and was told that I needed a mask. I said that I would wear one, but I needed to breathe through my nose, to which the woman responded, "I'm sorry but you have to put it over your nose. 'They' (who is they?) have told us that it has to be over your nose." REALLY? Jared is having meetings about masks and noses? So I didn't stay and will not return until they operate with just a smidge of common sense and better customer service.

This is a nice store with very helpful staff. Nicely maintained and even a place to take kids if you have to. Convenient and plentiful parking here as well. I recommend their Restoration and Repairs department for any fixing or resizing needs. They are great at what they do.

We had such a wonderful experience here! It was very personal, not rushed at all. We loved Laylin. At another jewelry store we were pressured, and felt like we were being lied to. I will definitely always choose Jared for their excellent customer service and quality. She even showed us out GIA number on the diamond itself!

They did a very poor job resizing my fiancé’s ring. Just a week of owning it and we feel like the ruined it. At least James Allen is willing to make it right. Now we have to ship it back and wait 2-3 weeks for them to replace the ring. We will keep the same stone but get a new setting that wasn’t mangled by Stevie Wonder with an angle grinder.

Love shopping here for gifts for my wife. Unique, quality pieces appropriately priced. Go Visit and ask for Amy. She’s a true professional and great brand ambassador. She provided outstanding service.

Laylin assisted me with a ring that was amazing. She was off when I came in and had Amy help get me set up with sizing and engraving. Great place would not go any where else ever again.

My fiancé and I came in to get my ring sized after our proposal. When we came to pick up the ring, we got the chance to meet Charles or Charlie Brown! He was so personable, complimented the ring, asked how my fiancé proposed and just seemed genuinely interested in helping us! Hoping we get to work with him again in picking out wedding bands!

They marred the bracelet on my brand new planet ocean while adding a link for me and handed it back to me with a straight face. I didn't notice until a day later. I should have inspected it or even taken pictures before I went in. Links aren't too expensive. The clasps on these are though. And somehow they scratched that too. I would highly recommend not using them for anything luxury watch related going forward.And in hindsight the apathy displayed in not telling me their sales person damaged my watch tells me more than I need to know about this store. Shop elsewhere if your in the market for a watch. Somewhere where they know what they're doing. I learned my lesson.

Lindsey made getting wedding bands such a fun time! We’ve tried other places but as soon as Lindsey introduced herself to us she ask us all the right questions, throughly listened, and within 20 minutes we both had exactly what we envisioned. We greatly appreciated how real and honest Lindsey was with us, a breathe of fresh air from our handful of other experiences wedding band shopping! Thank you Lindsey!!

Amy is the best along with the rest of the staff, have purchased several items as well as has several pieces repaired here and always the best service every single time.

Just went in for a watch fitting, but the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive! I was taken care of immediately and got to look at some beautiful selections while I waited as they took care of my watch. Definitely coming back in the future for any of my jewelry needs!

Shout out to Rob Cornett at Jared's Cool Springs for cleaning my Dad's watch and replacing a watch battery free of charge! Super nice and helpful and he was an expert in watches too! Also cleaned my wedding ring and it sparkles so nicely! Always appreciate the customer service here at Jared's and hope to return for a necklace I have my eye on soon! :)

The staff is very professional and polite. Rob was there to help us; he took care of my timepiece needs quickly and for a very reasonable cost. I have bought two watches here that my fiancee and I wear all the time!

Went in to Jared on a Tuesday night to get my Cartier watch fixed & Rob Cornett helped us without a second thought! He was diligent and kind about his work! Took great care of us and my special time piece! Will come back and ask for him when we return!!

My shopping experience at ZALES was a good one. From the moment my husband and I walked in the store Taylor made us feel welcomed. He was extremely professional,knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was patient with me looking at different rings and making sure I picked exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure trying to get me to get something I didn't want or like. Jared did a wonderful job shining up my diamond to look brand new . I bought my anniversary band from them several years ago and they have maintained high standards for checking for any loose diamonds and resizing the band. I highly recommend Jared for any jewelry purchases.

I bought a Tag Heuer watch here many years ago and have had the battery replaced 3 times now. Normally, they take it and send it in to Tag and it's about $150 and gone for up to to 8 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised today when Charlie Brown, the store manager, was able to replace my battery in store for $50 in under 5 minutes. It was an unexpected surprise. He also cleaned my ring and it looks brand new now! Very pleasant to talk to, good customer service!

I looked all over when buying an engagement ring and had a difficult time at a few stores since I was using my own diamond. But when I talked with Jared, Elise was extremely helpful with how the process would go. My wife (fiancé at the time) and I spent weeks with her talking through details and designs, and Elise was patient with our requests and uncertainties. She was very informative about how things would look and work. We couldn’t be happier with how the custom ring turned out, and so we went back and worked with Elise for our wedding bands. I will not shop at another jewelry store again, and I will always deal with Elise!

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Jared in Cool Springs. We used a family diamond to create a custom engagement ring and Elise helped us through the entire process. Elise was so helpful and the easiest person to work with! I had the hardest time deciding all of the details and what I was envisioning and she was soo patient and kind! We also purchased my wedding bands through Elise as well and again she was so helpful. Her attention to detail as well as how she intentionally learned my style made everything so easy! We are so happy with the finished product and will for sure be using Elise for all of our purchases at Jared in the future!
