DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR COMPANY. Terrible communication. Spent all morning excited for our tour and had to prepay. Waited all the meet up location for 45 minutes. Left voicemails and sent text messages to the emergency number. Could not get in touch with anyone. Finally we called using a different phone and surprise they picked up that and all the girl said was “you’ve been refunded” we were very confused and extremely disappointed. Was not offered another time or trip. Terrible customer service I’ve been on other tractor companies and they were fantastic. Use any other company!!

Our whole group agreed this was the best part of our Nashville weekend. The staff (Julie and Justin) made the environment so much fun and were very helpful and attentive. If you’re in Nashville with a big group, you do not want to miss this!!!

We had an amazing time. The staff is super friendly. The bar tender remembered exactly how to make our drinks. I would definitely go again next time I am in Nashville. Be ready for some attention because everyone is waving at you from the streets. Good times!!

Would consider it slightly false advertising. Other companies/tractors around us were stopping on Broadway, singing/dancing, having a great time. Our stop was a 7/11 gas station in the middle of somewhere random. We were not allowed to hook up to aux and pick our own music. We were told the bring our own alcohol but had to tip a bartender to serve it to us? We were also given a 1 hour 45 minute time slot but we ended up only getting about an hour. It was honestly just slightly awkward and we spend most of the time looking at how fun the other tractors were.

Can't recommend this enough! Seriously was the highlight of our Nashville trip. We had SO MUCH FUN. The Jonathan duo was fantastic (staff), and having fun/friendly staff is truly what can make or break an experience like this. Can't wait to go again the next time we are in town!

Seven may have been the best hostess ever! Dan(I believe that was his name) was the driver and was so kind. We got to pick out music and ride around town. Only thing I would say is make sure the music is set up before the guests arrive. Stanley made sure he let us get pics at the office and took all the angles. Angles are very important. Thanks for making my sister's bach party a success.

booked for my bachelorette party and had so much fun! be warned: it is BUMPY. not for the faint of heart how much you move around on the trailer!!!! we showed up early but had to wait around for the staff and didn’t start on time. our tour was then cut short, so we didn’t have the booking for the full time. even still, my friends and I were just happy to party!

We had the best time! I booked for a bachelorette party. The staff was incredibly friendly. Chelsea was our bartender. She was the best. They provided ice, cups, and coolers which was very convenient. I will definitely be booking again.

What a GREAT time! We got there early, so we waited a bit while they got the wagon before us ready. The check in process was quick and painless. Once our group was called we were set to ride in about 10 min! The driver and Bartender were both amazing! The tour was great! We got to see so much of the city and relax and party safely while doing so! We had a party of 14 so with everyone pitching in, the price was right! I definitely recommend these guys and would book again if we come back to Nashville with a group!

The employees were incredibly helpful with taking care of us. The un preventable event of the tractor having a flat we had to wait. But the manager and bartender and tractor driver were super friendly and kept us entertained. They kept their word and gave us a full refund since the trip was cut short. We will definitely re-book our next trip to Nashville.

Thank you for an awesome ride. Nick & Brandon were great. We celebrated my daughters bachelorette party. Nick was a gem, when my daughter did a thumbs down to a song he quickly changed it. The before time at your location was amazing, cornhole, photo ops under the sign and Jenga. We hit the ground running as soon as we stepped on the tractor trailer. Would definitely recommend this to all our friends.

We went here to see the music city gents. It was a last minute venue change but they communicated with everyone very well. There are no words to describe how much fun we had! Mama D was amazing. If you don't know who that is you need to find out!

Overall, the experience was decent. The communication was great, and the driver and our bartender was fantastic. Unfortunately, half way through our private ride the music just stopped working. Myself and a friend and the bartender couldn't resolve the issue. Which, having music bumping while riding around the city is part of the experience. I will say they did offer a service recovery to have us come back in the evening, but we wouldn't be able to ride down Broadway street. And of course our schedule was packed and couldn't make it work. All and all, would I rebook with Off the Wagon, maybe.

The actual best part of our entire trip hands down. This is a MUST DO if you are in Nashville. Brandon and Nick made this experience unforgettable and we cannot thank them enough for being the best ever!!!

We had a "50th Birthday" Getaway w 11 of us girls, we all grew up together, went to Elementary school to High School together & we dressed in all red ♥️ in "Sally O'Malley" kick & stretch w aka comedian Molly Shannon outfits! We had a wonderful "off the wagon" experience

Daughter got engaged so we celebrated with a tour. Man this was better than I expected. We saw more of Nashville than I thought. Fun music, good driver and bar tender. Great experience.

This ended up being a very mediocre part of a weekend in Nashville. Despite forecasts of temps near 100 and having asked if the wagon was covered with a canopy (both ahead of time and at the desk when we arrived) there was zero shade as most all these types of tours have some form of. This is a pretty rough ride, and they warn you when you board but you can get bounced around pretty good. Covered a decent route and a pretty good way to see the city but for the price there seem to just be a lot of options and we wouldn’t choose this specific one again. Bartender was friendly but basically there to pour the drinks you bring with you and play music. Would have been cool to hear a little more about the city, etc. Overall this would have been fine if cloud cover had hung around but with no shade once the July sun was out it was just too hot to enjoy

What a cool idea! 10 of us were in Nashville for the weekend and decided to do this tour. We were not sure what to expect, but we had an absolute blast! Even despite the COLD temperatures. The staff was super friendly too. I would highly recommend Off The Wagon Tours!

My ride was originally scheduled for a Monday night but got rescheduled for Friday night which also happened to be my birthday. Wasn't sure what to expect but I ended up riding with 2 beautiful Bachelorette parties. The girls were very friendly and sweet and I had a great time with them and your staff. I can't remember the driver or bartenders names but they were great. Best wishes for a lifetime of happiness if the two brides happen to read this.

Best Bachelorette party ever!! Staff was amazing! Nothing like listening to your favorite music and cruising in the wagon with drink in hand!! Trying to figure out what to celebrate next so we can go back!

Highlight of our trip!! I’ve done this wagon three times now lol it’s easily been the best part of every trip. The bartender Ivey is so dope and really made it fun for us all! Can’t recommend enough. Reccomend going at sunset time so you get both day and nighttime on the wagon and also get to see the sunset!

The whole crew is top notch!!! Reasonable rates, music/sound is great. Customers get to choose what songs they want to listen to. We had a blast!! Better than bar hopping on Broadway by far!! Great way to get your party started!! Will see you again very soon!

This is a must when visiting Nashville! We had an amazing DJ and bartender in Ivey, who made sure the booked ride had drinks as needed and took music requests as well. We will do this again next time we visit Nashville!!

I was in Nashville for my birthday and it was my first time. I had seen these wagon tours and wanted to learn more about it. Off The Wagon was super fun! I loved the BYOB and how long the ride was for. Not too short, but not too long. We could listen to whatever music we wanted and they had someone keeping our drinks cool. Such a fun experience, would highly recommend!

Off The Wagon was so much fun!!! The staff was super friendly. They let us play whatever music we wanted. They had a device that allowed us to share our playlist and connect to the speakers. We had the option to bring our own drinks and snacks and they had a cooler for us for storage. Definitely would recommend! They were courteous to make a stop for restroom break. The staff also reviewed the rules to make sure everyone was safe. The guy who drove the tractor drove safely and we did not have any issues.

You don’t need a big group to have a fun time on these! My friend and I went and met great people looking to have a good time like us. Jessie kept the party going with excellent music choices and served our drinks right away. If you want the true Nashville experience-start your night off right with Off the Wagon Tours!

I would recommend the ride tour, but I think there are better companies in Nashville that offer the tours. The ride itself was fun, but our tour guide was not great. We (including the other groups we were with) tried to tell her the music we wanted, but was unable to provide it, and we all had to continue to tell her what song to play over and over. We also would've liked some information about the actual tour and where we were in the city. I don't think every guide has to be the life of the party, but it would've been nice if she was a little friendly and not so rude. The tour ended 20 mins early since we opted to be dropped off downtown. This is totally understandable as they have to drive back, but she never told us the ride would end early. Instead, she continued opening drinks up to the very end of the tour. We crossed Broadway, pulled over to the side of the road, she turned the music off and stared at us. This was a really uncomfortable ending, and we were all very confused. She should have made an announcement that this was the end of the ride, thank you all for riding with us, I'll package up your leftover alcohol, etc instead of just staring at us and waiting for us all to ask questions. It made for a bit of a sour ending, and although we were understanding about everything, she was very defensive as if we were about to argue with her. Some explanation or announcement would have been nice.

Had a great time on the tractor ride! Our driver, Chad, was such a nice guy and super friendly! Bar tender was great and they not he made the experience super fun and enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Our group had an incredible experience with Off The Wagon. Our private tour ended and everyone wanted to get back on. They were so flexible and quickly made accommodations for us to do that. The employees were very friendly. We were all shocked at how much people walking down the streets of Nashville loved seeing us and were singing and dancing along to our music. We felt like we were in a parade! We will definitely do this again when we come to Nashville!
