This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen! Blood puddle stains on the sheets with splatter on the sides, cigarette burns in the blankets, hair ON THE WALL, hair and dirt in the tub. The peep hole on the door was a literal hole in the door. Found a pill baggie with pills in the hallway. The shower did not have a shower head. There weren’t any towels or wash cloths in the room. Never in my life have I seen anything like this before. If this is the only hotel with vacancies, sleep in your car!! Chris, at the front desk, was very polite and made sure to ensure a refund, but this entire establishment is a mistake and should be shut down. I can’t believe they have any stars at all other than you have to put one star in order to comment… Absolutely DK NOT stay in this place EVER! SLEEP IN YOUR CAR. I wouldn’t suggest this to my worst enemy.

The room was absolutely filthy! Not only did I pay the $106 when I booked online but when I arrived I was asked for another $50. The bathroom light didn’t work, refrigerator did not work, air sometimes worked and it was loud most of the night! Worse place I have stayed! Absolutely horrible!!

The photos and reviews for this place were fake or extremely outdated. As soon as my family and I walked into the room we knew we weren't staying. Everything was still dirty, from tables, fridge, floor and bathroom. The bathroom still had dirty used soap stuck to the tub, the tub was physically still dirty and so were the towels. The room smelled like mildew with rust forming around the room. There were numerous stains on the walls, smeared hand prints of blood and feces. Huge stains in the carpet. And the door had a huge gap on the side where you could see straight through to the outside like someone tried to break in. This was the worst and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Rooms were nasty, roaches crawling on the bed. Just a terrible motel for $90, I do not recommend anyone staying here. You might have a roach crawl in your ear.

This hotel is very dirty. The bath tub was physically dirty, like maybe it was stained, not sure. The back of the bathroom was graffitied. There were bugs in the bathtub. And there was gross hair on the sink drain. The faucet wasn’t even attached to the vanity. We got to the room and they didn’t even have toilet paper in it, I had to go ask the front desk guy for toilet paper. The front desk guy also wasn’t a very pleasant person. The beds weren’t comfortable, pillows were horrible. Overall just a bad hotel. If you’re deciding between the Knights Inn Antioch or roughing it under a bridge, I think I’d take my chances with the bridge.

Rude service. I booked a room last night on Expedia and on arrival, the rep said I had to pay a cash deposit which was not disclosed when booked, so I told her it should have been disclosed when booking and she said without it I can’t give a room. I said this should be mentioned in advance so one can come prepared or know before booking. She got mouthy saying I can just cancel it and you be refunded. I told her no and I would get through the night and not return. I went to the gas station ATM which was another few to my account and took the money back to her frustrated and all she could do was be mouthy and say not to appear that way and give her the respect she was given me. Well she wasn’t respectful to a guest. I informed her I would be contacting corporate about her attitude and she just says go ahead you will be on our block list for the future and I said worry not there are better motels than you. She was so mouthy and inconsiderate I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I wouldn’t go back to them if they were the last hotel standing. I’d rather pay a few dollars more for a place that appreciates my visit versus one who is mouthy and careless. If it happens to you, don’t say you weren’t warned. BUYER BEWARE! Poor service! Go elsewhere. Update to original review from 1 month ago: If your words are even true, try correcting the issues you create and prove to customers you do care, because anyone can put it in words. Your ratings speak the truth as to who you are. Is that why you are low rated currently 2.5 as this is written? Ratings change often, but at the present you are rated low and if you were really nice even your avg ratings would show, but they don’t. Y’all are the worst place in Nashville. Remember actions speak louder than words. Want to resolve it? Share details for follow up, otherwise it shows your response is phony and only to make yourself sound good when not. A good review calls for good service and the service we received was not at all good. It’s up to you to make it right or fall to pieces. No one will be happy how we were treated! If you are serious do something not just words! Good luck trying to grow with poor and rude service!!

I have never been to a more disgusting motel. We were there less than 10 minutes and just left, eating the over $200 we were charged. The door would not open because the floor was buckled. Once inside, the horror story unfolded. The door would not lock, the entire backside was broken with wires hanging out. There were no pillows on the bed! As I frantically called the hotel we were to stay the next six days with, I watched roaches climbing the wall right in front of me. I can't even explain the smell of the room. It wouldn't surprise me if meth had been cooked there. I don't know if we were given the worst room in the complex because I woke up the front desk person when we arrived. Our flight into Nashville was very late so we didn't get to this nightmare until 2 am. The desk clerk was face down when I opened the door to check-in. I've seen many things in my 61 years on this planet, but nothing like this. Do not stay here.

I been working for hotels for years, my dad is friends with a lot of people that own hotels. So I know a lot, as of now I help my dad with hotel contracts and we got employees working for us. So we get them rooms, and we had to get rooms for our workers. Everything was fine until one day the person that works for us calls me to tell me he was ask for 100 and not 50. He said deposit had went up to 100, well I made reservation there on purpose, on my name to see if going do me same way. I'm Hispanic and my employee is black, doesn't smoke or drink. He just go in da room wash up nd goes to sleep. To work in the morning. You asked for more because he was black. I went in there with my phone recording to put him in his place, and see what he was going to tell me. Little does he know, I know a lot of people I know that I can take him to court. I have post the video on YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and other social medias. To put them out there and let people know not to use their money and get this place closed down

These people need to get their act together on a colossal basis. Trying to check in was a nightmare and we were the only one there. They're too busy trying to figure out how not to get scammed that they don't pay attention to anything about their customer. The hoops that we had to jump through were ridiculous. Save yourself some time and move on with your life. Don't go here

This is a very, very bad place, bad service, and the existing rooms contain scary insects. I do not recommend them to anyone at all. I deeply regret that I chose this disgusting place.

None of the light fixtures outside of the bathroom worked, no toilet paper in the bathroom or towels. TV remote didn't work doors aren't properly sealed and a draft came in through the under the door. I don't know how this place is allowed to operate at the hotel when it wouldn't pass occupancy requirements to be a home. and all of this for $100 for the night, I almost shook my friend senseless when I heard that she paid that much for us to stay there. Please for the love of God spend your money elsewhere.

This photo I've shared is what my microwave looked like. I asked for it to be replaced, and while the front desk stated , it would be taken care of. It actually never got handled and for 2 days and 2 nights I had that filthy microwave that was also infested with roaches in my room. Creepy creeps for real. Glad that experience is over. Do not stay there. Yikes!

Stay was in septemember: the room was horrific. It was DIRTY and nasty and smelt. I felt UNSAFE. There was pee everywhere in the bathroom. I went to ask for a shower curtain, the front desk hands me an UNCLEAN shower curtain, tells me to hang it myself. There was stains on the bed, and stuff smudged on the window. I was promised a refund from corporate, and even got a ticket number incase it didn’t go through, which of corse I didn’t get a refund and they still won’t give me a refund. This is the last place you want to stay. I don’t know how this isn’t a safety violation, or how they’re even still open with how UNclean and UNsanitary this place is. I hope someone doesn’t make the same mistake I did.

Exterior of the building is worn down and uninviting. Although the room was truly nice, cozy and worth the price. However…we were given room keys didn’t work TWICE. Then when we finally got into a room and getting ready to leave to go out on the town, OTHER GUESTS WALKED IN OUR ROOM WITH THEIR OWN KEY! Fortunately they were cool and we drank all night and went to Waffle House the next morning.

Great location with enough parking space, rooms are okay. Can be little noisy, but it's situated in a prime location, so that's understandable. Owner is very polite

Don't let these photos decide your stay here. The rooms are not that great. Shower head was falling out of the wall. Tiles from the walls laying on the floor. The floor was so dirty that I didn't feel like I got a shower . The front desk people are not very friendly. Gun shots all night long .

Very bad experience the front desk lady and man they are layers I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights before the booking was completed I ask them if I have to check out a day earlier if they refund the money. They told me that they would refund if I tell them the night before which I did then they told me the money would be on my bank account in 7 days. I never received my money back I talk to the lady today she said she doesn’t remember. Also the rooms where dirty. I do not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was in great shape and so are the beds! The pet fee is only $20. Right off the highway. One of the best places I’ve stayed in this price range with two dogs. Well lit and felt safe.

The room was ok, but in my 6 days there I never got room service, they had no breakfast, no coffee in room or at the supposed breakfast room. Had to my my own food, and do my laundry in the sink, and the weekend along cost $230...WHAT A RIP OFF

Cockroaches on the floor some live. Holes in the blankets. Plumbing fixtures broken. TV remote didn't work. Place was a disaster. The female office person was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met.

When we got there it smelled like cigarettes despite being a non smoke room. Walking to the room you can see directly into other rooms through the window. 50$ deposit that wasn’t disclosed on the website and the water didn’t even work. Air conditioning was stuck at 85 too.Our water didn’t work so we called the front desk and told them and she just hung up. Never again.

What a dump!!! bugs crawling on walls, stains on the sheets. The floors were filthy. Thankful I had an extra pair of sock. Only reason I chose there on web site had breakfast. NO!! that was a lie also.

  • 1/5 Melanie J. 1 year ago on Google
Found four bugs within 10 minutes of check-in. No wash cloths. No maid service. No coffee pot. Advertised breakfast but there was none. No hair dryer. Shelf for clothes hangers was broken and laying on the floor. Floor was so dirty that our white socks turned black on the bottom. The front desk clerk was nice, but that doesn't make up for everything else. We'll never stay here again. I'd say you get what you pay for, but we paid $120 a night! Might have been worth $40.

If I could give it a minus I would, this was my family and I first time visiting Nashville Tennessee and we choose this hotel because it was last min we just got in off the roads traveling from St.Louis. We were giving the last room. So we got into the room and let me tell ya it wasn't worth 140 or a 50 dollar deposit for one night. We had no towels, I've paid for 3 guest we only had hand towels no soap shampoo conditioner nothing.. We couldn't bathe the tub OMG 😳. I took my pictures so when I checked out the next day they could see. All she said to me was I didn't complain last night I replied we got in at 11pm and took your last room how was you'll going to accommodate me we? She couldn't explain nor would she accommodate on giving some of my money back. It's not worth being cheap for when I could have spend this at Hilton or Marriott and been satisfied, what blew me was I couldn't shower!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! First of all we booked a non smoking room, when we checked in and walked in the room all you could smell was cigarette smoke. Upon looking around I saw melted candy on the floor as well as some kind of gunk in the ac. The floors looked as if no one had even attempted to clean them. There was grime and some kind of yellowish brown residue in the bathtub. Upon washing my hands I saw cockroaches on the vanity. It was a horrible experience.

First of all, I would love to say that this is the VERY BEST KNIGHTS INN that I have ever seen. Sam the extremely friendly and gracious front desk lady had me in my room within minutes after arriving. Gary Prema has owned this establishment for 20 plus years. And after talking to the general manager Chris, I can't wait to get back to the east coast just so I can stay here again. I highly recommend you eat at Casa Fiesta, the Mexican restaurant next to the KNIGHTS INN. THANKS AGAIN KNIGHTS INN. Cleanest rooms and the very best hot water and water pressure in the bathroom.

This is my favourite hotel. The staff are wonderful, it's in a good location, the room is HUGE, and I generally enjoy my time here.
