I was finishing up a sales call from the road in the parking lot before coming to reserve a room. Some lady from the office stood outside my car door yelling at me, through the closed window, while i was on the phone. After asking her to hold on multiple times, my client got fed up with the distractions, and I lost the sale. The lady is the manager, who said you are not allowed to take calls in the parking lot. The hotel looks like garbage because it is, and because it’s run by demanding people who don’t understand the role “hospitality” plays in the hospitality industry. Bad customers. Bad management. Bad hotel. I lost a sale, Scottish lost a reservation, and i found a new location for my temporary office (the parking lot).

First off I was lied to about the price. No prob there it could have been a mistake.but couldn't have visitors, the shower mechanism was broken and they weren't willing to call their own plumber to fix it( I ended up doing it myself). The towels were dirty, the covers had holes in them, the air half way worked the list goes on and on....on top of that they were very rude! Definitely not going back to that inn!!!!! The worst!!!!!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. There were roaches all over the shower head and dead ones under the sink. The sheets had pee stains all over it and the mattress. Terrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND! March 12th, 2023

Terrible. Avoid it. I understand that the price might sound appealing, but it’s the only appealing thing about this hell. Just have a look at the attached pics - I haven’t seen cockroaches in decades. But mouldy toilet paper roll is something new. And it was in the wrapper! The fire alarm had no batteries. Ice bucket was filthy. And service? Forget it! No WiFi, no ice-machine and rude receptionist. Yelled at me when I questioned about the mouldy toilet paper. Oh, tv set is there as part of interior ensemble - don’t even try, remote control is a prop.

I could barely get my question out, but she immediately with such an attitude said "no rooms! We have no rooms!" Like wow, I'd definitely shut down this establishment. Customer service is horrible

Really nooo stars!!!!!!! This place was purely disgusting like they don’t even put fitted sheets on the bed it had two regular sheets on the trifling bed and dirty towels down to the tissue and toilet all disgusting.. has the nerve to have a earlier check out than most hotels for them not to clean them because it was also a roach blunt in the room before I got checked in . So what that tell you

It does not deserve one star. I stayed here while in town for a job interview, the Comfort Inn on White Bridge Rd was booked and I needed somewhere close to my interview. I checked in and the manager was rude, it was late, I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. During the short walk from the "lobby," which was locked at both the time I checked in, as well as the next morning when I checked out,to my room, I heard 2 gunshots and what turned out to be the first of many sets of sirens. The room was disgusting, holes in comforters from burns, carpets were soiled, there was not even an iron or blow dryer in the room. I slept with the dirty mini fridge against the flimsy door, the neighborhood is a total hellhole. At $100 a night, it is only $20 less expensive than similar hotels that are clean, safe and have something as basic as a coffee pot in the room. I am far from diva, but there are basic standards of cleanliness and this hotel does not even bother to try and get to a basic level.

In transition from renting to buying had to stay there for 3 weeks only had two rooms smokers and they were so nasty I'll show you pictures. Had large water bugs 2 in long so glad to be out of there. Pictures burnt hole in comforter, chair too dirty to sit in torn. Laid towel on floor so you could see what it looks like before you use it I use my own towels I recommend the same sorry but it is what it is.

We've been seeing the south east for 3 weeks, stayed a lot of no frills, basic bed and shower places. This place leaves a lot to be desired, including toilet paper. Really filthy, dirty towels, beeping smoke detector. You'll be walking the street for coffee . Our feet were black from the carpet 10 mins after showering.

This place is noisy enough even at night. The WiFi doesn’t work at all. They don’t have hairdryer and iron . There is a kind of special perfume in the room which I think only few people will like it.

Came to Nashville for a night to sample the night life and needed a cheap spot for the night ! The room was riddled with cockroaches woke up to one in the bed ….. there was a lot of activity on the floor next to us with plenty men coming and going from two of the rooms while one man was sat outside on the phone a majority of our time there . Wouldn’t reccomend it when we told the lady behind the counter she flipped out saying why did we stay then and continued to shout abuse at us when walking away …. Never again

Sketchy.... Wouldn't recommend. Walk in through security glass and window. They tell me the rate and I try to pay...tell me they have a "malfunction" and only take cash. He recommended going to the gas station across the street for an ATM (even though I had cash). All of my alarm bells and gut check went off. I've stayed in many sketchy places, but I draw the line with this place. I doubt it'll last long with all the construction in Nashville. Unfortunate, I really don't like leaving bad reviews.

My uncle has been living here for four months now and pays by the week to do so.... He is not even allowed to have anyone visit him period. Inside the room nor outside. He's on disability and can't afford very much. He had a friend come by to help him with his rent one day and didn't even make it to the office before a woman come out screaming you can't be here your have to leave... Even after trying to explain that the person was just there to pay the rent it took the woman ten minutes to calm down even a little bit and stop being irate... Last night I stopped by to bring my uncle some food, never even approached his door or anything I just parked my car and he came out to get his groceries I brought and we stood there maybe five minutes discussing our day and how we were both doing to each other and here comes that same woman up the parking lot screaming you have to leave you can't be here!!!! He's the only person that they do this to mean while other ppl that stay there are allowed to have ppl in and out if their rooms all day and all night long.... As I mentioned my uncle is disabled he can't do for himself like other ppl can and he's waiting right now to have yet another surgery on his back and the nerve of these ppl at this place.... He's never caused any problems there and never had any thing illegal going on or any visitors at all for that matter so there's no reason for these people to be discriminating against him!!

VERY RUDE! Your establishment must be close! You should be aware of your guest needs. Never be recommended at all.

I am not all satisfied with the service. The rooms are also not in good condition and the owners are very very rude. There are no minimum basic requirements. I strongly suggest to not take this.

Rooms are fair priced and clean. The owners have cleaned this property up so your security is 100%.

One star is generous for this motel. No WiFi, no ice machine, no laundry room. Checkout is at 10:00 am, and you will be reminded by someone visiting your room at 9:30am.
