I've taken family and friends here and always had a great experience. The staff is super helpful and helps when you need it without giving answers away. The games are really well designed with impressive interactive features. Playground was great for a team building group. Ruins was my favorite story and puzzles. I'll be back, planning on playing every game they have!

We went for our anniversary and it was such an awesome experience! We had never done an escape room before so we weren’t sure what to expect. Our guide was Kay and she was incredible; very sweet and helpful! This experience made our anniversary so cool! We live about an hour a way and it’s definitely worth the drive to go do again, can’t wait!

We had so much fun! Chris our game master was awesome and super helpful! And funny!! We did the Nashville game which was amazing. My husband and I went for a date and we were with 6 others. We had so much fun working with strangers and we got out of the room! Definitely go here.

Two families took on the task of the “Playground Escape Room” and I can’t express how much fun we had. There were 5 kids from the ages 12-15 and 4 adults. Besides 1 person in our group, no one had never done an Escape room before. Everyone absolutely loved it and would highly recommend giving it a try. Drake was our game host and he did and excellent job of guiding us behind the scenes. If you decide to do it…HAVE FUN!

Always a great time! We’ve played Special Ops, the Ruins, Depths, Prison Break, Gold Rush, Mission: Mars, The Heist, and Nashville. And maybe 1-2 others I can’t remember. I’ve always played around 60 other games at places across the country. I can always count on a great game at The Escape Game (Nashville, Orlando, & Austin so far!). The design & decorations are on another level to really immerse you in the game. Puzzles are logical and fairly straightforward although complex. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Escape Game to beginners and advanced escape room goers. Don’t be afraid to ask for hints! The game masters are good about giving little nudges in the right direction so you are close to getting out in time if you’re falling behind on a particular puzzle, but not asking for a hint yourself.

This was one of the best escape rooms I have been to yet. All the staff was super friendly. I was there in Nashville for my Bachelorette party and they made me a hand written card that said congratulations. ❤️ Ara and Hallie thank you very much!! P.s. Do the prison break escape room. It’s the hardest but so much fun!!

Just finished going to the Ruins Escape Game at THE ESCAPE GAME and Ethan was our host. We had three kids ages 8-10 along with us and four adults. It was an amazing experience and Ethan had high energy. The check in at the beginning in the newly renovated lobby worked well. The detailed level of the game was fantastic. The adults and kids alike had a great time. There was only one person in our group who had some claustrophobia and that was hard for her a couple of times. We all were super impressed at the quality and the adventure in this game!

We did The Depths and it was awesome. Jada was our host and she was absolutely amazing! This was our 3rd escape room and it was definitely the hardest. Don't let the 7/10 difficulty fool you! Great game, we escaped with seconds left.

Had a great time with friends. It was my first time and now I can't wait to go back. Played the Nashville room escape. Loved the music tie in. We decided to go ahead and play another room when we finished. The Special Ops was really cool, too. I'm definitely going to be going back.

We played the heist and it was awesome! This makes #17. Lost of good puzzles and well thought out. It was just myself and my wife this time, and for two players it was a little difficult but we did well with our game masters help.

We did the prison game and the ruins game. The prison game is more technical puzzles and the ruins game more action-based puzzles. Both were very fun and we enjoyed the whole experience.

It’s was Great & Really fun!!! A lot of thought and effort was put into designing the rooms. Definitely, definitely worth the money and the time. We all want to do another one!

We had the playground escape room. Everybody working was so sweet and patient with us and it was an amazing first experience and I would 100% recommended it for anybody and everybody. I could definitely see myself coming back in the future. They earned an A+.

To the Max!!!! We did the ruins here and this is by far the best!! Max was our guide and he did amazing!! The game itself was incredible. The twists and turns and the various puzzles were challenging and complex. We escaped with time to spare. I couldn’t believe how interactive and the details in the room. This is the original location where it all started and was definitely worth the trip. We came from Ohio and created a trip just to do this game. You can usually get a discount or Groupon and the whole staff is all around awesome!!!

We played Special Ops: Mysterious Market and had an amazing time! For most of my group, this was our first escape room. The set was gorgeous, the instructions were clear, and the puzzles were fun and varied. Our group was smaller than the maximum number of players (5 instead of 8), but since we all love puzzles and work well together we were able to complete the mission with minutes to spare. Ali was the person who ran our game, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. She was very friendly, and gave us the perfect hints exactly when we needed them. She made our experience exceptional. We all had a fantastic time, and will absolutely be visiting again!

By far the best brand of escape games in America. We have played every game at the Pigeon Forge, TN location and wanted to do more! We came to Nashville and played the playground game (just two of us) and we got out! The host (Grace) was so nice and encouraged us by explaining how hard it was to get out with just two people. She said she was impressed. She showed us the lobby area of the Ruins game and we were so amazed at the detail. We enjoyed our experience so much we are going back to play two more games tomorrow! We love this place!

We drove up from Jacksonville at the suggestion of the Jacksonville store game guides who recommended we try The Ruins. We were blown away and highly recommend it! We did a morning run of Mission: Mars with Libby as our game master. She was amazing and we made it out. We went back for the 5:00 Ruins game and the entire crew was awesome! I missed our game master's name for that run (it was 3/1 at 5!) But she was super happy to help us along the way and was very animated about sharing her own experience with the room. Everyone should check out this location and enjoy some amazing adventures!

We went as a family to do the Playground game for my 7 year old’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better experience! The room itself was SO MUCH FUN!! Jayda was our “guide” and we LOVED her. She was SO helpful and made us feel like Masters of the Universe (even though we needed more then a few clues ☺️). When we escaped, my son was met with a handmade birthday card signed by all the employees, and a free “Playground” pin! Jayda then told us they had a little surprise for him, and they gave him a FREE T-SHIRT!! He was over the moon! THEN they offered 40% off our next game if we booked it right then, and we were all flying so high that we booked the next available game: The Depths. Libby was our guide this time, and she was also SO WONDERFUL! The Depths was TOTALLY different than Playground (obviously) and we were completely transported into the COOLEST adventure. Two escape games in one afternoon, and we were EXHAUSTED but FLYING HIGH. My kids have been talking about it for days and begging to go back. My 15 year old wants to go back with his buddies for his 16th birthday. I’m TOTALLY GAME.

Took our Student Ministry from Fellowship Nashville here the other day (6th - 12th Graders). Played Depths and Playground. We had a BLAST! Would highly recommend for Middle and High School Groups. Super Fun.

We had a really great experience at Escape Game Nashville! This was my second room with this company, first time at the Berry Hill location. The room (The Heist) was very well made, the puzzles were perfectly challenging, and we had a wonderful game master, Daisy! We got gift cards before we left, so we will definitely be back for another room.

We did the Playground with a small group for a birthday. Collin was an amazing host for our game. He knew the exact moment we needed support and gave us just enough clue to get moving forward! We had the best experience. The game was fun and just challenging enough! We can’t wait to go back to try another Escape! Thanks for such a great experience Collin and to all the Berry Hill crew!

Mathew was great! He gave us hints that were helpful, but not too helpful! We did The Art Heist, and it was great!!! so real! The adrenaline is so fun! Would recommend to anyone trying to have a good time with friends!

We had a great time with friends, and it’s an excellent opportunity for team building and fun filling time with friends. We were five of us, and three others joined our team, and it was a great team effort. We played two games The first, we almost escaped at the Special Ops - Market The second one, we made it. We escaped from The Heist. We got the Second game @ 40% off (individual) Beth was our guide, and she was of good help. What to expect? It's ideal to be at the location 15 mins before the game starts, so you have time to register and log in on the digital iPads. Once done, you wait for your guide to take you to the game room, and they will explain the rules and what to do. It’s very organized, and the staff is amicable at the escape room, berry hills.

We’ve done almost all of the rooms there and they all have pretty logical progressions without any random guessing or arbitrary steps. Some rooms are pretty challenging and 60 minutes without clues is hard if you have less than 4 people. Plus the staff is GREAT. Savir and Ashly were super amazing and really understanding especially with Covid safety. We wound up being in a room with a non-mask wearing, unvaccinated group of 5 (we are a group of 3) and Ashly let us reschedule, no problem. She also didn’t make me feel bad at all about it, which I super super appreciated. It’s a challenging time with Covid, especially here in Nashville and they both made it a great experience. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe. Great people and great games. It’s one of the better escape rooms I’ve been to. Prison break is probably my favorite so far.

Really really fun from the start because every little but of progress feels like a victory. The hour flies by. It's fun, adventurous and very creative. Our host was great! Be sure to ask for lots of clues! That's the way to escape.

Mal was awesome! Best freaking game guide! We came for my birthday and this was so much fun! The escape game never disappoints! This is like my 10th doing it and always a great experience!

Went with a group of 5 friends to do Gold Rush! It was a fun experience as some of the group had previously done escape games and some new to the experience. It was great group and our guide did a great job providing instructions and clues. We made it out with less than 2 minutes to spare!

BEST ESCAPE ROOM I’VE BEEN TO!!! :D Employees are super friendly and make sure you’re never stuck on any of the puzzles. Did 3 games while in Nashville and loved every single game. Try prison break if you’re looking for something challenging and try ruins if you’re looking for an adventurous time. Def coming back whenever I go to Nashville again!!!

Will, Raine, Steven, Cassidy, and other employees including Jordyn were absolutely incredible and helpful, making the entire experience very enjoyable. My group played 4 of the games and each one was very well set up, the game guide was very positive while guiding us, and the games went by smoothly. The environment the staff helped to create was magnificent and greatly appreciated!

My group had a great time! We escaped with 1 minute and 54 seconds left. Caroline and Paige were great hosts. I would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at The Escape Game. Nathan was great conversation at the door. Kayla, Bri, and Bry were all great game masters I would deeply recommend checking out Ruins and Depths! The location is also very good for getting breakfast nearby.

The Escape game is always an amazing experience! We did "Mission: Mars" and it was sooo much fun! It totally felt like we were inside a movie. It was my birthday, and they even signed a birthday card for me, a very cute detail. Great staff. The only downside is that we wish we could have had more time to finish the puzzle, but other than that, 100% totally worthy!! Definitely coming back to try them all!!

This was a great experience. A lot of fun. Very interesting and different from the normal get together going to a restaurant kind of thing. Our host was funny, friendly and easy going. Made our experience that much more enjoyable. We did a prison break game that was challenging with a team that contained two strangers we met that night. The set up was pretty sophisticated and just difficult enough to keep you on your toes. Does help to have a bigger team that knows one another.

This is a great location with a good selection of higher difficulty games. Savannah and Ethan were incredibly helpful, and made our experience even better! Typically larger groups take on the rooms together, but we had no problem in our 2-person team. Reservations not required ahead of time, but would recommend. Have fun!

Amazing experience!! We did 2 rooms in 1 night. Prison Break and The Ruins. Highly recommend both rooms! We had CB and Austin as game guides. They both did a phenomenal job being attentive, giving clues when needed, and making the experience great! We would definitely return if we came to Nashville again!

Awesome experience, we had an awesome time while visiting family in Nashville area. I had done an Escape room before with my work staff but it was about solving a crime since it was related to our job duties. Today, it was real fun to be outside my comfort zone and try a music related room. Thank you to the staff for the amazing time and treatment.

We had an amazing time completing our assignments and we are happy to say we got all A+s. Vaughn was a great help, but also waited to see if we could get things on our own. Great experience that we would love to do again soon!!

It was my first time at an escape room and it was SO MUCH FUN!!! I can't get over how beautiful the sets are. Half the time I spent marveling at the rooms and decorations and the other half was working on the puzzles. My cousins and I had an absolute blast, collectively cheering whenever we'd solve one, and I'd love to do another escape room soon!

This was our first time completing an escape room and it was fantastic! We had such a great time! It very fun and exciting! What a great way to cap off my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration!! We will be back to complete other rooms. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place! Ellie were very helpful, patient, & understanding with me as I had a ton of questions. Vi Vi our tour guide was also very pleasant.

As a "veteran" escape room enthusiast, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is one of the best rooms I've had the pleasure of going through. Thematic to the core and just the right level of challenge for our group. We did the Special Ops game and truly had a blast. If you want to try an escape room for the first time, I have not found one much better than this in my travels. Great job!

My real estate team went to the Escape Game Berry Hill today for a team social outing, and we had an awesome time!! We did The Depths room, and it was so much fun, and we escaped!! :) It’s super easy to register and sign up a group, and the staff member Lexi was super sweet and helpful. This was our 3rd time at Escape Game Berry Hill, and it’s such an enjoyable and dynamic experience to do with friends/coworkers. We will be back for sure! Thanks for a great time! :)

Loved every single second of the Depths! Mica was an amazing host and super enthusiastic about our play style after the game was over. I’ve been here before and I’ll be here again. Can’t wait!

We escaped all 8 games in the past 3 months! This place has literally made our date nights the most fun and exhilarating dates we’ve ever had! the entire staff is absolutely incredible and so sweet and even made our last room so special with balloons and gifts! love this place, and highly recommend to any first timers and parties! shout out to jordan, cassidy, savannah, alex, mya, and matthew! you made our thursday date nights ones to remember! love you guys and we’ll definitely be back for any new games!!

Depths was so good! Definitely challenging but we loved it! Our game guide was Maddie and she was amazing!! She brought up a lot of conversations that we talked about for a while. She was very cheerful and lit up the room when she walked in. We loved her!
