If
you
don't
want
to
read
a
long
review,
then
stop
here:
it's
worth
your
money,
it's
worth
your
time;
they
accommodate
for
dietary
restrictions
(we
had
dairy,
gluten,
and
oat
allergies).
You
will
have
a
good
experience
and
learn
about
Nashville
in
the
process.
Now
to
the
full
review...
The

-Guide

Story
and
experience:
We
wanted
to
have
a
small
wedding
(12
people,
just
best
friends
and
close
family)
and
since
none
of
them
lived
in
Nashville,
we
wanted
everyone
to
experience
the
city.
We
contacted
W&E
to
see
if
they'd
be
able
to
support
this
kind
of
a
party
and
they
excitedly
agreed
(to
note:
they
absolutely
could
have
just
refused.
This
is
not
something
they
have
done
pre-our
group,
though
we
were
happy
to
be
the
first).
We
also
had
a
lot
of
allergies
(dairy,
lactose
intolerance,
gluten,
and
oat),
which
they
accommodated.
We
booked
with
them
via
minimum
deposit
($500)
and
then
sent
out
RSVPs
for
the
wedding
to
finalize
the
guest
amount
and
paid
the
rest.
We
also
did
drink
pairings,
which
was
a
bit
extra,
but
the
drinks
were
waiting
at
each
stop
and
we
never
had
to
pause.
This
also
offered
a
perfect
opportunity
for
my
best
friend
to
say
a
few
words
(at
our
2nd
stop,
a
wine
bar).
The
stops
were
amazing
and
since
I'm
not
reviewing
each
restaurant
here,
just
know
the
food
was
perfect
for
our
party.
Yes,
I
understand
some
of
my
comments
are
generic,
but
I
truly
believe
the
planners
at
Walk
and
Eat
are
good
enough
to
warrant
blanket
comments
like,
"amazing"
or
"perfect".
This
tour
brought
us
through
an
area
that
had
been
ravaged
by
the
3rd
and
most
recent
major
tornado
in
Nashville's
history.
It
was
heartwarming
to
see
buildings
that
had
once
been
turned
to
ruble,
rebuilt
and
supported
by
the
community.
New
restaurants
were
pointed
out
to
us
while
walking
and
you
could
tell
that
Sterling
(our
guide)
was
not
only
familiar,
but
completely
part
of
the
community
here.
They
waved
at
locals
and
it
just
felt
like
you
were
walking
through
the
town
with
a
friend
who
knew
about
its
history.
They
showed
us
images
of
Nashville
in
the
past
and
how
it
was
rebuilt
over
and
over
to
be
even
better.
Very
cool.
Above
and
beyond:
We
had
a
lot
of
people
with
full
suits,
high-heels,
and
dresses.
These
may
not
have
been
the
best
clothes
for
walking,
but
we
wanted
the
cool-factor
of
walking
around
in
wedding
attire.
Regardless,
Shannon
(owner
of
W&E),
personally
went
out
and
bought
sandals
for
all
the
ladies
that
had
high-heels
on
and
several
of
our
party
accepted
the
gift.
To
skip
a
bit
to
the
last
stop:
while
Sterling
led
us
through
the
town,
Shannon,
unknown
to
us,
was
buying
a
wedding
cake.
She
met
us
at
the
final
stop,
in
a
beautiful
cathedral
that
was
remodeled
into
a
hotel.
In
the
lobby,
there
was
champagne
and
cake,
waiting
for
us.
Usually,
the
last
stop
is
a
dessert
shop
(like
doughnuts,
ice
cream,
or
candy).
This
was
very
unexpected
as
we
didn't
plan
on
having
cake.
I
think
my
wife
started
tearing
up
a
bit.
We
were
able
to
get
the
classic
"wife
and
husband
feeding
each
other
cake"
video
and
it
was
100%
because
of
W&E.
I'll
never
forget
what
they
did
for
us
and
I
highly
encourage
you:
if
you
want
to
see
Nashville
and
try
out
the
food
scene,
Walk
and
Eat
is
your
best
option.
Thank
you,
Walk
and
Eat
Nashville.
