Passing
through
town
on
our
way
home
from
Florida
on
Easter
SUNDAY.
We
stopped
to
eat
at
Tavern.
Ran
inside
to
ask
if
parking
was
free
on
Sundays
like
it
is
in
my
downtown.
They
said
no
so
we
went
back
out
immediately
and
paid
for
parking
and
put
the
ticket
on
the
dash.
We
left
afterward
(no
ticket
was
on
our
dash
)
Over
two
months
later
I
received
their
letter
saying
I
owed
$75
or
so
for
not
paying
my
ticket.
Picture
of
the
license
plate
on
the
letter.
I
found
my
credit
card
receipt
and
sent
a
copy
to
the
angry
girl
that
answers
their
emails.
She
said
“yes
it
appears
you
did
pay
to
park
but
since
you
didn’t
file
a
complaint
within
30
days
we
can’t
forgive
the
ticket”.
But
she
offered
to
accept
$25
instead
….huh?!
I
asked
how
I
was
supposed
to
file
a
complaint
if
I
didn’t
know
I
had
a
ticket
until
they
sent
the
letter
months
later?
We
went
back
and
forth
with
emails
-
I
asked
for
a
supervisor
and
she
said
there
isn’t
one
-
so
apparently
she
owns
Park
Happy?
Anyway
I
told
her
she
wasn’t
getting
another
penny
from
me…bye!
Today-
a
few
weeks
after
our
last
email
exchange
I’ve
received
a
second
letter
saying
they’ll
boot
my
car
when
it’s
parked
in
Park
Happy
lot.
Since
I
live
several
states
away
and
won’t
be
parking
in
a
park
happy
lot,
looks
like
we
are
all
set
.
Their
M.O.
is
to
charge
$75
++
then
act
like
a
good
guy
bringing
it
down
to
$25
.
And
people
pay
it-
despite
not
being
owed
anything
!
Nashville
is
too
cool
to
have
a
loser
like
this
in
town
!
Also
where
is
this
Park
Happy
ticket
writing
picture
taking
attendant
lurking
when
someone
needs
to
ask
a
question
or
needs
help
getting
in
and
out
of
the
lot
or
with
malfunctioning
ticket
machines?
They
must
be
hiding
in
the
bushes
bc
they’re
right
there
to
write
the
ticket
when
you’re
out
of
your
car
for
one
second
with
out
paying
or
from
what
I’ve
read
here,
5
minutes
late
!
Park
Happy
would
be
benefit
from
some
employee
training
and
better
signs
!
