    I did love every thing about this place. I’ve been a here for almost 2 years and was planning on signing a new lease here. But the new owners don’t seem to care about their tenants, and that’s not something I can tolerate. I did receive a notice that they would begin renovations in my apartment, however these renovations should only be a “slight inconvenience”. When workers were scheduled to begin work, they showed up at 9am and let themselves in. Said nothing to us, and just began taking everything apart and then taped my restrooms and kitchen off, making everything completely inaccessible. We couldn’t cook or even use our restrooms! Then they all put on respirators and began painting, with us just standing right next to them. We couldn’t breathe, we became dizzy and nauseous. So I spoke out to the office, who informed me that “we were given a notice” as if that would fix things, and it was “only going to last a few hours and they would be finished”. We had to get a hotel room for the weekend at our own expense. However when we came home on Monday, they came back and started painting all over again. I went back to the office and was told “it will only take a few minutes and they will be out of there”. They left after painting and came back AGAIN! This time they stayed in my apartment working until 9pm at night!! Although the notice I was given stated they would never work past 5. They are planning to remove part of a wall, install new counter tops, ceiling fans, doors, blinds, sinks and who knows what else, while we are still occupying the unit. After that our rent will go up, along with other changes. All these “new upgrades” are completely unnecessary and cause more of an inconvenience than anything. But the worst part of it is knowing that I will not be compensated for the money I have had to spend out of pocket, just to be able to sleep, eat and shower on top of paying rent. And the fact that all they can say is “We gave you a notice” feels more like a slap in the face than anything else. I know they will respond to this, and I know their message will say “we’re sorry for the inconvenience, but you were notified” but notifications and compensation are two different things, and I have a family depending on me. Im very unhappy about this and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone considering moving here.

    I am a renter, currently. They add fines and charges to your account just because they can, even if there is no reason behind the fine. They can add charges as they wish, and they don’t care about the residents. The management is rude and impossible to get in touch with by phone or email. Since the brand change, from Emerson park to waters edge, the price went up and they charge small fees for everything. Also to mention, there is mold growing in my apartment and there has been an issue with cockroaches. I would avoid. There are nicer places for a better price. I added a picture of the mold for reference to the reply. I have reached out multiple times via email to this email, and I get ignored. I tried to tell them they added the charge to the wrong apartment, as I was not even home the day that the trash fine was charged, and I was not there to set out 6 bags of trash. They also had no proof of this accusation or charge. I just got ignored after reaching out multiple times. Poor customer service when you can ignore emails, and have to get a reply only through leaving a negative review, which was my last resort. Also, for the reply, I am forced to pay for valet trash, and they do not do their job. Every morning when I walk to my car, trash is left behind or scattered everywhere. It’s gross. A photo is attached of trash out by my car one morning they left behind.

    I LOVE this place. Lived here almost a year and have had the best experience. The upgrades are a bonus and I had no interruption during the process. Amanda, Abby, Amber and Sunny are amazing, always available and beyond helpful. The property is safe, quiet, clean and I love the pool. Service requests are addressed in a timely manner with the ability to receive email updates. And can you beat this view??

    I have lived here a year now and have had nothing but good experiences. It is very quiet, and very clean. The office is very responsive, and my maintenance orders are always taken care of quick. Amanda in the office has been amazing since day one. She answers all of my questions, and is always so sweet. Will always recommend living here!

    This is my first time living in an apartment and I have to say that I could not have imagined a better community to live in! The amenities are great, the cleanliness of the complex is amazing, the customer service/management team are outstanding, and the turn around time for service requests is sometimes same day! We have a parcel/locker room as well for a HUGE added bonus! We've been here about 2.5 months now and no matter what concern or question I've had, Abby, Amanda, and Amber have done everything they can to help. I plan to live here as long as possible from how happy I am here! I highly recommend touring a unit and asking all the questions you want!

    I absolutely love Watersedge. The moving process was so easy Amanda made it such a pleasant experience which I give her (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) just for helping us out so much. The apartment is completely renovated and so beautiful, our view is everything. 10/10 experience over all. You definitely get for what you pay for and it’s worth every penny.

    Living at Watersedge Apartments has been a great experience so far! Sunny, Amanda, and the rest of the team have been amazing to work with. They are always helpful and friendly. The new renovations to the units are amazing as well! From the stainless steel appliances to the new countertops. Highly recommend these apartments!

    I just moved into watersedge at the beginning of July and this is quite possibly the best place I have ever lived! The staff are very friendly and my leasing agent, amber, was very accommodating. I had a LOT of questions about the property and she was able to answer every one right away! The amenities make the rent much more worthwhile too! I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!
