Firstly, I was unimpressed with the service. I visited the office twice during my stay (including checking in) and both times, I felt like I was inconveniencing someone or interrupting a gossip session. Both times, the women in the office completely ignored me while they finished their chit chat - not even a "hello, we'll be right with you" - didn't even look at me, while they carried on about dyeing their hair. The staff in the park were friendly to the others around... But similarly seemed uninterested in even saying hello to me - at one point while I was talking to my neighbor, someone on a golf cart pulled up & warmly greeted them... Welcoming them to the park. We had also just arrived, but didn't get so much as a wave. Secondly, the political messages in the office were rather off-putting. Mugs & stuff on the table send a pretty powerful message about the welcome demographic - hardly seems like the appropriate place for such things, but I guess it's a good way to let people know what to expect. The park itself is cute. The sites are very small, but manageable. The lake has potential, if some effort were made to clean it up. The security gate is non-existent - and from what I've seen, has been that way for a long time. Yet they still made sure to tell me about the gate code. There was constant noise from the commercial sites next door, back up alarms beeping until midnight some nights. Nothing quiet or relaxing here. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Only one of them is accessible/disability friendly, but there is no signage to indicate that. The toilet was disgusting, like something had died in it & been left to marinate. The toilet paper dispenser was completely broken. The shower was quite disappointing... Not enough pressure to wash hair, Oh and the curtains... Covered in mold. Utterly filthy. I came out feeling dirtier than before. Overall, I couldn't recommend this park to anyone. The proximity to NASA made it convenient for our visit, but we won't be back.

We stayed here for 3 months as we were waiting to buy a home after selling ours. The Good- Becky is really nice. The place is quiet, and it is in a great location. Reviews on somethings: Pool- They need to hire a professional pool cleaner to clean it and not the maintenance man who seems more concerned with chatting it up with his buddies in the campground, giving my husband a stare every time he pulled into the campground etc. The pool was closed for almost 2 weeks and no communication was sent out about it and what was wrong with it. Laundry/bathrooms- The washers are small for what they charge and smell like mildew. The whole laundry room does. People do not empty the lint out of dryers and there is always some types of liquid in where you put the detergent in. Contact my Laundry Friend and she will pick up your wash, wash, dry, and fold and bring it back not smelling like mildew. Bathrooms- Did not really use much. Water would not get super hot. Other things- There is no telling who is coming in and out of this resort. Many weekends guests would invite their family and friends to the pool area for parties and take over the whole pool area and grill for HOURS!!! Security- There is none- again anyone is coming in and out using the pool etc. Cars broken into a few weeks ago. Communication seems to only be when they are raising the prices on the washer/dryer or the monthly rate.

This is an awesome RV park — always clean community spaces and completely well kept landscaping! Pool, back deck and edge of lake to fish off of catching TONS of Bass!! Quiet at night and full timers are so friendly! Location is great between Houston and Galveston and there are a lot of fun things to do nearby! Gas and groceries close too!!! Becky in the office was so accommodating and kind and Larry was busy as a bee but always friendly! It’s a great set-up for walking in a rectangular loop with no scary or dangerous areas! The only thing I’d say in a slightly negative way was that there were quite a few large dog owners that didn’t pick up their dog’s poop on all four sides of the lake — especially the far side of the lake where there are no campers. Overall though we’d absolutely recommend this place to others and return ourselves!!!!!

Clean and easy access, nice concrete pads. Text from campground before arrival with gate code and spot number. It was Memorial Day and we were there for one night. Didn’t even have to check in, got map off late check in board, pulled right into our spot and set up without problem! Just the way we like it.

Staying here for a month and highly recommend for those who, like me, needed a longer stay. Very reasonably priced for the area. Speaking of location, it's close to lots of food, shopping, and entertainment options. (Kemah Boardwalk, Johnson Space Center, etc.) Property is very well maintained, and the stocked fishing pond is beautiful at night. Surrounding it are spots with benches and fire pits that look out over the water. Swimming pool is small, but clean, never too busy, and located right next to the showers, laundry, gym, and pond. The gym is nice, clean, and has new machines. Other RV'rs are courteous and friendly, weekends seems to get pretty busy, but it stays quiet at night. Where we're located in the resort, we're closest to the road where it gives us quite a bit of road noise during the day, but after about 10 pm the traffic dies to nearly non-existent. There is an occasional train that passes but it's not often and hardly noticeable. My only negative would be the cost of doing laundry here, which is pretty minor. But, it's been awhile since I've needed to use a laundromat and $3.25 per wash load AND dry load seems a bit steep to me. Dog friendly with clean up bags in various places around the park, and even a dog wash station near the facilities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. 👍🏻

Very narrow sites that are way too close for comfort to the nearest neighbor. The good: Overall the campground is really nice with a pool, showers, theater room, and a friendly staff. The bad: You pay $3.25 for each laundry machine and my clothes were still wet. Limited parking, I have to pay $100 extra per month to park my side by side.

Great gated all-concrete RV resort in League City, TX. The staff is friendly, close to major roads, and grocery stores and other stores are within a mile—25 mins north of Galveston and 30 mins south of Downtown Houston.

I really love this RV park! It’s clean and well-kept, and it’s in an excellent location to visit NASA and everything else in the Webster area! The amenities are nice and the park is secluded so that passers by usually don’t even notice it’s there, so security isn’t much of a concern. It’s also gated and locked every night so there isn’t any traffic through the park at night by anyone not staying there. Much to my surprise, the WiFi provided works really well, which is unusual for an RV park like this. The biggest plus to this park, though, is definitely the manager, Becky. She’s incredibly friendly and always accommodating. She will take care of anything you need the whole time you are there. Overall, I really highly recommend this park to anyone that is interested in the area. Whether you’re there for a weekend or a year, it’s a good place to be. The only downside I can think of is the cost. It is fairly pricey as it is and a some of the fees and optional amenities like laundry feel a little unnecessarily expensive, but as long as the rates stay within a realm of reason it’s a go-to for me!

Been a great park to stay at. Only complaint is the occasional train, but other than that, it is a great park.
