By far the best massage I’ve ever received. I came in with a lot of pain, specifically in my lower back and neck. Massage therapist knew exactly where I was hurting, and she provided an incredible experience that released deep knots and tension throughout my body. It was clear that she was well-trained and knowledgeable on alleviating pain. In addition to my amazing experience, location was beautiful and staff was friendly

Randomly went here for a massage and it was actually surprisingly good. My masseuse didn’t speak a lick of English so I had no idea what she was saying but she had magical hands so it didn’t even matter. We understood each other in the end. The walk on you if you’d like, it was actually quite pleasant.

Aline and Tina were wonderful Thai combo massage therapists for myself and my husband today. I suffer with migraines and Aline provided a thorough and thoughtful method to alleviate shoulder neck and sinus pain. Very thankful for their talents. This was my first time at this message parlor and had the pleasure of having Maya as my masseuse and she did and exceptional job. It didn’t feel rushed or too rough but just right and you can tell she really loves what she does. The atmosphere in the parlor was very calming and as soon as I laid on the message table I melted away. I already scheduled my second appointment for the following two weeks, I definitely recommend!

So I just walked in here and I actually think I just had the best massage of my life!! My neck and back were totally stiff and all knotted and locked up from work recently. I've been getting migraines lately and it's been so difficult to sleep, life has been so miserable for me! I've literally had no peace from it all. Well, I was in the area seeing family and I thought I would give Nava De Massage a try! Even after only 1 hour I really felt a difference. I actually feel loosened up for once! This felt like exactly what I've been needing - I am literally feeling SO relieved! ‍ My massage therapist was very friendly, and the place was so clean! I really didn't know what to expect, but everyone here was so nice and friendly! The receptionist helped explain the different services and I decided on the deep tissue massage. the price was definitely reasonable - about $80 for a deep tissue for 1 hour - reasonably priced for Midtown area. I could tell my therapist knew what she was doing, she definitely was confident, knowledgable, and professional with me the entire time. The whole experience was so awesome and such a treat I can't wait to go back! It was all so relaxing - This was totally worth it. I could literally feel my knots just melt away - my back and shoulders are feeling so much better! I highly recommend this place! 5 Star Service!!!

Today I had a terrible experience in this location. My wife and I were on a date night and we decided to get a couples massage. My masseuse was so bad I stopped my massage after 30min we booked a 90 minute couples massage. The person in the front desk offered to have someone else but we had plans after the massage and we wanted to have it together. They did not offer to provide a 60 minute massage for another time when I requested it so I just threw money down the drain worse experience at a massage place and the customer service from the supporting staff was terrible hope this helps someone considering this location.

I had an appointment today at Nava for the first time and I can tell you that this place is truly a gem. I felt like a princess and the experience was super relaxing , the massage therapist was super experience and knowledgeable. The location is immaculate clean and with a great ambiance 10/10 Definitely will be back !!!!!

Beautiful experience I must say, I took my aunt here for her birthday. We booked the couple massage which was great and above my expectations. Thank you Nava De Massage for putting a smile on my aunt face for her birthday, and we definitely will be back!!!
