    First time visiting this store for a hair cut for my 9 years old. We were able to get a same day appointment which is very unlikely those days somewhere else. Employees are very friendly and welcoming not only at the salon but throughout the store as well.

    I want to give a big shout out to Chloe is the salon. She was amazing and did beautiful braids when I took my friends daughter in to get washed and braided. She is amazing with kids and does awesome hair. Thanks Chloe!

    Great deals, great quality, but staff at registers looked tired and edgy, NO staff at women's but like shopping 🛍️ here. Need scooters for disabled customers. 11-24-23 great deals, Timex watch for $30, coffee pot with store credit and Black Friday coupons got the compact coffee maker for my RV for on $4.88!!!! Yep four dollars .88 cents!!

    Just went in to buy my wife some jewelry for Christmas. I wanted to use my rewards before they expired. Turns out JCPenney likes to discount the rewards when using a coupon. Of course you don't get credit when earning a reward pre-coupon. Just another way JCPenney is taking advantage of customers. You should avoid JCPenney as their whole sales process is too complex and always works in their favor when couponing, rewards, or just actual sales. It won't be long before they go bankrupt again with this kind of service.

    The wifi is horrible. I lost $14 worth of coupons for clothes because I couldn't get the coupon up on my phone. Usually Penny's is great, not so much today!

    TOO LOUD 'background music' you can't escape anywhere in the store, most of it monotonous 2 or 3-note pop songs, VERY IRRITATING!! We made our purchases, thanks for the 50% off Levi's, but got OUT as quickly as we could!! Not willing to shop more... Appreciate the clean store, the very few helpful staff, but the noise in this store is oppressive!!

    Hi, I would like to start by saying that if yall go to jcpenney, make sure yall get juliet she is very nice, polite, she can also help you to sing up for a jcpenney card it's worth it so ask her how to sign up for a card

    I went to the store to make a return and was told customer service was closed, and that they could attend me at the front cashier. I was perfectly fine with that because I wasn’t too aware of there hours. When I went up to the cashier I got called up by a young lady. Everything would’ve gone smoothly if I wasn’t being attended by a teenager who was high and unconscious of what she was doing. When she called me up I was unclear of what she was doing as she kept tapping at the screen of the computer and not realizing I was waiting for her to attend me. I asked to do a return and she was unaware of how to do one without a receipt which was understandable to a certain ex. She called over her coworker she instructed her how to do so and she seem disconnected in the whole process. After that she went on with my purchase scanned two items out of the four I was trying to return. She completely tossed over the other two one which had a tag that had fallen which she says and said we don’t need this. I trusted her thinking she knew what she was doing until she only returned a total of $8 back. My return from the purchase was supposed to be around $54. How do you confuse or disregard that mistake? I believe if you’re going to have someone working a front desk they should be conscious of what is happening even if they’re barely learning. Why put an individual who is high and smells like dope to attend people. For all you know the person can be doing all sorts of transactions to make the store look bad.
