The ladies at this office were amazing. Scarlet, Anjelica, Jasmine and the Dr. were all super sweet and understanding when my toddler wouldn't stop crying for an hour until her dad got there they were very patient and tried everything to help. She wasn't even seeing the dentist. As far as my visit went it was one of the best dental visits I've ever had. Thank you for making me feel human and not judged and patient with my mini meltdown from stress and pain.

Been getting services most of the year here. However, while the service staff is always kind, and polite and the actual services are good and well done, the prices are well above other dentists in area. But the big one for me, the one that made me decide finally to stop going to Castle Dental was the most recent visit. I took a day off from work to schedule this appointment and arrived on time. However the price of the routine visit had somehow Tripled from what I was told when I made the appointment. And this is NOT the first time this has happened. Where I was told a particular service would cost a specific amount, but when I show up or go to pay, there are extra services tacked on that I was neither told about nor prepared for. I actually cannot Afford to have this happen on such a regular basis. (3 of 4 visits) After this last time, I've decided I will not return to Castle Dental at any location. I've already been calling around and discovered that I can get most of my needed services cheaper without insurance than what I was expected to pay. So I'm done with this place.

Went in for regular visit and ended up finding several issues with teeth that we were closely following. They were able to start two of three crowns during this visit and scheduled the third for early next week. Looking forward to having all of them taken care of by the end of the month!

Root canal done. First time patient. Excellent greeting and over all service from front counter to doc with details need to be done, asap-later on. Payment options are excellent if pass for credit. Doctor and assistants are excellent at their profession, no pain during, and after!! 🤯

Everyone was soo nice and accommodating! I came in with a MAJOR tooth ache and they were able to see me as soon as possible to address the problem. Such a great experience! Will definitely be going back and referring friends and family!

Assistants were nice, knowledgeable and professional. We were seen on time. Dr. Magallanes was great at explaining to my mom what need to be done in a clear manner and and what need to be done first.

Personally, I would not recommend this dental office. The ladies at the front desk were friendly but when it came to my actual visit, I seemed to have been sitting in that chair forever. When the dentist finally came to assess my x-rays, he stated I needed a root canal and quite a few fillings. After this I sat in my chair for almost an hour waiting for a cleaning until I decided to get up and leave because the wait was too long. With insurance this would have been $2,700. I decided to hold on this because I could not afford this. Eventually, I went to a different Dental office and was told that I only needed one filling and that my tooth did not need a root canal and that he would do a crown as this would be the first step before considering a procedure like that. Again, I would look elsewhere if that's an option for you.
