Would like to thank Loyal Pet Cremation QC Branch for their wonderful service. They give you the opportunity to have a wake for your pet, and have personalized packages also (choice of urn, etc). Staff are very professional and polite, you can count on them to reply to messages and answer calls. They are open 24/7 which is really convenient (especially in my case since my dog passed away very early in the morning). Thank you again Loyal Pet, would definitely recommend

Sent them a message and I got a quick response at 1:53 AM. Ms. Joyce was very accommodating and guided us throughout the process. The place was serene and the memorial chapel was so beautiful. They gave us time and we exceeded the 25 minutes we had for the viewing. Timely updates and always friendly. We just got our baby back today and it was all worth it.
