Monday
evening
around
8:30pm
(30
minutes
before
they
closed)
I
ordered
a
combination
plate
with
pork
fried
rice,
but
upon
returning
home,
I
discovered
that
they
had
given
me
white
rice
instead.
Unfortunately,
I
couldn't
reach
them
that
night,
as
they
had
already
closed
by
the
time
I
got
home
at
9
pm.
The
next
day,
I
called
them
right
after
they
opened
at
11
am
to
have
the
order
corrected.
However,
my
experience
with
their
customer
service
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
person
I
spoke
to
claimed
they
had
tried
to
call
me
to
inform
me
about
the
pork
fried
rice
unavailability,
but
I
never
received
any
such
call.
Instead
of
addressing
the
issue
professionally,
the
woman
on
the
phone
began
yelling
and
arguing
with
me,
insisting
that
I
should
have
called
the
same
night,
even
after
their
closing
time.
This
confrontational
attitude
and
refusal
to
replace
the
order
left
a
bitter
taste
in
my
mouth.
I
used
to
be
a
regular
customer,
ordering
from
Golden
Tao
almost
every
week
and
spending
a
significant
amount
of
money
here.
After
this
incident,
though,
I've
decided
not
to
return.
Such
a
disappointing
experience
and
poor
customer
service
have
discouraged
me
from
supporting
this
restaurant
any
further.
