I really wish I had the option to not give any stars, I am flabbergasted to see that there is a credulous 4.8 rating! Initially I ordered the soup and it tasted 🤢 as if I was given a cup of vinegar with a spoonful of hot and sour soup flavor mixed in it. Chowmein was okay! But the chicken tasted as if it was kept in the freezer for ages and then it was quickly sautéed and placed before to me. And the chicken wings were super dry and smelly(odd smell) We were six people and none of us enjoyed anything! I really doubt the review of 4.4 and a 5 star rating! This is my first negative review in the US. I feel sorry for everyone who is going to go here! Check the picture. That’s taken right before we left this place. Once again, this is my honest review and I’m not trying to impute the reputation of this place. Absolute 🤮! And disappointing!

I love this place - it's one of those hidden gems you won't notice straight away. The food here is top notch, and the prices are more than fair for what you get.

I would rate 0 if I could. The food was really bad and the chicken was over cooked. After a long day of skiing we really hoped to have a good meal, and this was just a disaster. The server was very rude and inconsiderate when we sent back the chicken wings and still ended up being charged for it. Absolutely do not recommend. It clearly looks like all the reviews are fake, we were clearly mislead.

Food was awesome, prices were great as was the portions. The staff was friendly & nice family run business. Very clean , we found a gem we will be going back for sure i highly suggest if you find your self in the area of Catholic Medical you must give it a try .

BEST CHINESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The food is amazing. The serving sizes are healthy. The drinks are always strong but still taste incredible. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only thing I will say is the restaurant from the outside is a little rough looking. But trust me once you go inside you will keep coming back. Every meal I or my girlfriend has gotten has been to die for. Don't over look this place at all the food is the best!

On Monday evening around 8:30pm (30 minutes before they closed) I ordered a combination plate with pork fried rice, but upon returning home, I discovered that they had given me white rice instead. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach them that night, as they had already closed by the time I got home at 9 pm. The next day, I called them right after they opened at 11 am to have the order corrected. However, my experience with their customer service was far from satisfactory. The person I spoke to claimed they had tried to call me to inform me about the pork fried rice unavailability, but I never received any such call. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the woman on the phone began yelling and arguing with me, insisting that I should have called the same night, even after their closing time. This confrontational attitude and refusal to replace the order left a bitter taste in my mouth. I used to be a regular customer, ordering from Golden Tao almost every week and spending a significant amount of money here. After this incident, though, I've decided not to return. Such a disappointing experience and poor customer service have discouraged me from supporting this restaurant any further.

We used to live across the street and ordered weekly but we moved away. It used to be amazing! We were in the neighborhood today and ordered takeout and it's definitely not the same! My vegetable lomein was 95% noodles only had a few vegetables! Still tasted amazing but was lacking. The pineapple walnut shrimp was disgusting! Literally tasted like fried shrimp tossed in mayo! Had 2 pieces of broccoli and is served on lettuce? It used to be my favorite! Definitely a waste of 18 bucks! Generals chicken was still good but extremely spicy.

Hands down the best Chinese food around. The pricing is BEYOND fair, and the customer service is great. This is one of my favorite spots in town.

There isn't much to say. The service was okay. Average for take out. We volunteer get through on the phone so we had to go there and order and wait for the take out. They didn't seemed concerned that the phone wasn't working. More importantly the food was not very good. It was fatty. Didn't have a great taste either. The chicken fingers were gristly too. Just not worth it.

Good food and strong drinks. The spare ribs are tender. Fried shrimp and chicken tenders are not too greasy and very crunchy. Dumplings are fire. The fried rice is tasty and not bland. Fois comes out hot. Highly recommend. Prices are good too, very inexpensive.

I went here while on Vacation as I live in Massachusetts and I decided to try Golden Tao after it was recommended by my aunt. The food was decent. The chicken fingers had plenty of flavor and were delicious and the boneless spare ribs were better than anything I can get in Western Massachusetts. However, the pork fried rice was subpar with a strange flavor that I was not a fan of. Otherwise, the food was decent.
