If
you
are
disabled
and
require
accommodations
do
not
reserve
a
room
here.
I
politely
asked
for
a
room
on
the
bottom
floor
because
I
am
in
a
wheelchair.
I
understand
that
weekends
are
busy
and
they
are
full,
however,
I
am
not
sure
how
so
many
people
could
have
requested
a
bottom
floor
room
and
they
could
not
accommodate
switching
the
room
they
booked
for
me
on
the
second
floor
with
a
room
on
the
bottom
floor.
I
received
the
worst
customer
service
from
the
front
desk
representative
who
did
not
want
to
give
me
her
name
at
all
until
I
persisted
and
most
certaintly
did
not
want
to
help
me.
FYI
her
name
is
apparently
Alicia.
Also,
she
stated
the
manager
David
is
out
of
town
when
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
and
could
not
help
me.
Apparently
this
hotel
is
unaware
of
the
Disabilities
Act.
I
am
a
very
kind
person
who
has
gone
through
life
with
a
smile
on
my
face.
However,
I
am
very
saddened
and
disappointed
with
the
customer
service
I
received
today.
The
Americans
with
Disabilities
Act
(ADA)
prohibits
discrimination
against
people
with
disabilities
and
guarantees
equal
opportunities
for
individuals
with
disabilities
in
employment,
transportation,
public
accommodations,
state
and
local
government
services,
and
telecommunications.
