This store has gone down hill fast. It used to be one of the best and most well trained staff to the absolutely slowest in the area. Estimated pick up times are never correct. It’s safe to add 10 minutes to your order time because they are always behind, even on a slow day.

Extremely rude employee greeted us with a timer then was even more rude after we understood it was closed and left. Deeply unprofessional, despite any maladies the day may have tossed her way.

It took 45 minutes for two regular coffees. That's not even an exaggeration. If you want to get a mobile order in plan ahead because they either have a fault in their ordering system or a fault in how the team works. And we weren't even some of the longest waiting folks. We saw a lady who was there for probably ten minutes longer than us. Starbucks headquarters, yall need to come here and see what the issue is since it's the only starbucks with this issue in the DMV.

We go every Sunday. My husband used to work here as a Barista. So he can be picky about his order. They are quick and usally Accurate.

Add 15 minutes to your mobile order estimated pick up time that your ordered 20 minutes before. EVERYTIME!

It’s easy to get parking inside is clean & I loved my latte the barista made & they are friendly.

They didn't ask me for my name to write it on the label of my coffee. Professionalism comes first in a company.

Every time I come here I am paying over $6 for a grande drink.. same drinks other Starbucks around the $5 mark. Secondly today I ordered the same Pumpkin spice cream w/ cold coffee and not cold brew as yesterday and it was made totally different w/ whipped cream.. I tried to explain to the barista that it wasn’t the same drink and she started arguing with me.. I never wrote a review about this place bc it’s close to where I live and I put up with differing prices, but she just irritated me to the point that it was time to say something… little gal, never ever fight with the customer… the customer is already paying a stupid amount of money for a coffee, you can hold your tongue and see it from a different point of view!! And just fix the drink!!! Customer

Enjoyed my visit there today! The pistachio latte, ummm yummy!!! It was clean, the staff was pleasant and they catered to our needs!!! Thanks a lot!!!

It's in a target. I must say it's the trashiest target I've ever been to. That says a lot since I travel a lot (married to a pilot).
