The guy with the dreads is an idiot and is upset, because he is an updated version of AL Bundy and is stuck selling women's merchandise.

The clothes are nice enough but they have a crazy return policy. You can only get a cash/credit refund up to 3 days after purchase otherwise it's a store credit. I don't like that policy and do not frequent this store often.

If you like women's fashion with the flare of the hood you'll love Rainbow sleek Hood ghetto fashion with the flare to it I like it a lot I think it's flashy I think it's got a sassy sexy look tried out change that fancy styling to that hood which has its own style and on Grace please do not get this the wrong way it's got a style of its own with the hood flare

The mangers are great. But the sales associates are rude and young minded. I went to go shopping and one the associates she was very rude and disrespectful to the manager. She needs to be fried

Not worth the hassle. Hechinger Mall location is terrible. Sad that so many of us have to buy that cheaply made polyester junk. Better off shopping at Goodwill-good selections.

Great clothes great customer service never had no problems it wouldn't hurt if it wasn't no line and more people working behind the counter but other than that actually job keep up the good work

People talk about Rainbow but it's nothing but a brick and mortar Fashion Nova. I used to shop there a lot when my funds were low. They have layaway and all that so I will never speak down on any Rainbow. The only concern is management not having enough staff for shifts which can cause extra long waits.

Store is really store an a little all over the place when it come to finding a outfit. The staff however is really friendly an willing to help if you need help finding items

When I want to pick up a tee shirt, jeans, long skirt, or little purse to match an outfit in a hurry Rainbow has it and at a decent price.

I like the clothes, the prices & the fact that they still have layaway. It's also convenient to where I live.
