Staff told to family that they can't spend so much time on a customer. We were shopping for wedding, it was supposed to take time given the quantity and shopping amount. Please treat customers fairly, as an outcome, my family is not willing to go to store.

Showroom is well maintained and As usual Tanishq’s professionals but trust me I find better designs at Gahna in bhatta bazar and Mahalaxmi jeweller in Araria . They have better designs and much lower making charges. Gold is something i feel if its HUID hallmarked if it is matters don’t have to be any brand.

Pathetic service of all the jewellery brands I have visited. They charge a fortune as making & handling fee. But the gold items are not strong enough, the parts starts falling of in 3-4 months. When we complained, the sales person & manager portrayed as if it’s a customer’s mistake. After pointing out multiple times & questioning them that they charge 21-25% as making charges, still the parts of earrings fell off, they replied, “ okay ma’am, get the pieces, we will join it”. Seriously??? Does the parts fall off after informing?? Or am I supposed to dream before so I get a hold of it?? Buying experience- Even after you consider excessive making charges and go ahead to buy, saleswomen there have no interest in showcasing varieties. They just want people to spent their fortune without looking for options. Inspite of having 100s of option they will show you 5-7 pieces to choose from. Now I believe Local gold jewellers are the best options. Show them design & get it made. They even negotiate the making charges. I see the women in my family wearing gold pieces since ages and not a single scratch over it. People are rating it with good reviews just because they have no other options. There are many other good jewellers in Bhatta area.
