Pathetic . Very bad experience . I booked for engagement on( 29 Nov). The worst service 1. Booked for 85 people the hall could not accomodate 50 people even then they(Manager and Staff) didnt arrange and started quarreling, 2. The Food Menu @700 per plate . But quality was pathetic. 3. The things in the menu are just showpiece . #All Starters were tiny . 4. The meals were pathetic .( The rail meal @125 was better.). 5. haven't eaten such bad food in so called 3star hotel. Dhaba wala serve better food 6. And the worst # The Manager there doesn't pay heed , pathetic, very arrogant , 7 . The worst experience of my life . # I suggest no one should book for occasion u will be depressed . # if any doubt can share...

Room wasn't cleaned beforehand, had to call reception and room service twice to get it done. Bedsheet and Blanket was stained. No basic amenities like towel and water bottle for customers. Also there was some problem with geyser. (No hot water). Wifi wasn't working. TV connection was not working. Having a four wall with bed was fine.

Everything is awesome & well maintained according to interior design. Service is good, food is very spicy . available both veg & non-veg dishes here. One time you should visit here, at Tilkamajhi bhagalpur.

Rooms are good and location is the added advantage of this property. Room Service needs to be improved.

This hotel is shutting down and being converted to a hospital. They didn't have water bottles for rooms. Didn't have extra mattresses.

Hotel rooms are neat and clean staff is very polite, food delicious, there is only only 1 problem that is rain water come from window, if they will rectify it then 5 star

This hotel is not good from service point of view. TV in the room was not working, washroom flush was bad... even they did not give remote for AC, if I want to reduce the temperature of air conditioner I have to call reception and then staff will come with the remote and he will raise/lower the temperature. The hotel owner was behaving like an idiot...he didn't even know how to treat customers.

Good for seminars and conclave. Nice rooms and well mannered staff.
