It was my parents 25th anniversary there. It was amazing staff and management team was fantastic. Team was very prompt and very humble. They were totally in contact with us throughout the planning and execution as well. I couldn’t name a single person who has helped me a lot but each and every staff member was supportive throughout the program. Great service. Clearly impressed:)

We went there for a stay for 2 days. The first interaction with their front desk executive - Nidhi was pathetic and insulting. She was chewing tobacco while talking and did not let us speak - we were asking some questions to upgrade our plan to add dinner in it. Later we got to know that without giving us any information she had upgraded our plan in her internal records and at the time of checkout the entire situation got messed up. The front desk is definitely pathetic and they will give you much unwelcoming looks as if you have added a burden to them by coming to their hotel. Would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Third class at first class price. Ultra small rooms with third class service. Having no rooms with king size bed. Lost my garment just by shifting to another room during my stay. Staff are so irresponsible and just escaping from their duties saying it was not there. How irresponsible behaviour. Star rating is manipulated. Pool is not more than a bath tob and so dirty surroundings.

A very nice place to host a wedding or a party their rooftop view is awesome. Food is pretty decent. Staff needs to be a little more humble but aside that everything is extravigent.

The place offers a wonderful view of the Fort and the location is amazing. Rooms are well maintained, the staff is courteous and the restaurant is amazing. The place also hosts options of hosting venues, a good bar and a swimming pool. Worth a visit. Great service.

Very good hotel in Gwalior. Very near to Gwalior mall. The ambiance is beautiful and front view is most visited place of Gwalior, also rear view also too good and it’s historical place, Gwalior fort. The food quality is really very testy however need improvement in services , not up to marks

Very poor staff rooms are very disappointing very old furnishings. The basic amenities like even a hair dryer is no there in the room. You have to keep following up with staff for your issues. No clarity on hotel rules. Pathetic experience so far. Management is super bad. People at reception aren’t helpful. Rooms are so small. Post 6 pm You can’t go to pool. Better to take park in by Radisson at the same price.

We organised my birthday party at the rooftop. For small gatherings or family dinner it's perfect place.. Great view at night. Food : 4/5

Was there to enjoy a buffet dinner with some friends and family, as much as i liked the overall ambiance of the place the food wasn't really a what i expected, plus at 1100 pp the selection of food wasn't much. Some dishes were definitely amazing to taste , the others didn't really love upto the mark.

One of the top hotels in Gwalior. The rooms are neat and clean with sturdy furnitures. Fort View from rooms is a unique attraction of this hotel. Other facilities like banquet hall, rooftop swimming pool, gym are also available. The staffs are polite and co-operative. Highly recommended...

Had amazing experience of staying and enjoying all 3 meals of day during my 2 days stay at the property. The rooms are hygienically cleaned and maintained. Service wise both in room and dine in experiences have been extremely good in terms of timing,courtesy and promptness Food - Breakfast, Lunch and dinner have been really well prepared. Taste wise we have not had anything this perfect in any of the Gwalior Hotel or restaurants. All dishes were cooked in perfect blend of flavours and the quantity per serving is also very good. Mr Vipin's hospitality at The Bridge restaurant was an added experience to understand and enjoy meals more. Thanks! Clarks Inn Gwalior will be my permanent place to stay in the city going forward.

I don't know how this hotel is rated four star! 1. The walls between the rooms are so thin that we could hear the sounds from both adjacent rooms very loudly 2. The working hotel people made so much noise that it was very disturbing 3. The prices of in house restaurant are very very high and of very bad quality. They charged 450 rs for a platter of two bread toasts, one tiny omlette and 5 pieces of fruit! And the toast was burnt and literally black! 4. While checkout they don't even know how to check the room properly, they told us one towel was missing. We asked them to check properly again. Nobody pays 4000 for a room stay and steals a towel from there! The front desk was very slow and over all experience was extremely pathetic

Excellent service and well behaved staff. The staff of room service, dining, house keeping and the reception was very good. They were always quick in response. Also they supported for our baby. I'll like to suggest to keep the backside of the hotel near and clean.

The service provided in hotel was 10/10. The food was awesome 👍. We had booked a hall and the staff made sure that it's clean and provided us with all the necessary things. The staff never said no to any of our demands .

The bridge restaurant was a great choice. The food was tasty, the service was fast, and the waitress Sneha was awesome. She was helpful and kind, and made me feel welcome.

We were traveling with our 6 month baby and stayed here for 3 days. The staff was courteous. They tried to provide every possible help for the baby. Rooms were ok. The food was really good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

It's a 4 star hotel but doesn't seem like it, The rooms are small and stinky, also no car parking available you will have to park your car outside. Location wise it's good. Would like to bring out this thing that while checking out the hotel , the hotel manager came directly to us and asked if the towel was missing and seemed to directly blame us for it, instead of checking with his staff first? This is not what you expect in a 4 star hotel, I offered him to check my luggage to ensure it is not with us. Otherwise the service of other staff was nice and polite.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The room provided was spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, prepared exactly as per our request for less spiciness. The staff members were courteous and attentive throughout our stay, with one minor exception. During a room service (dinner) transaction, we paid in cash and unfortunately, the person forgot to return the balance. While it might have been a simple confusion or mistake due to rush, it is unexpected from a four-star hotel's staff. We notified the incident to the Front Desk Manager during the checkout process, but we are yet to receive any response from the hotel regarding this matter. Despite this incident, I must say that Clarks Inn Suites Gwalior provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. I hope the hotel management takes note of this feedback and ensures such incidents do not occur in the future, as it affects the overall guest experience.

The hotel is at a great location. There is a mall next to it. The rooms are good but they need to maintain/renovate them. The services are good. Staff is hospitable and the restaurant serves great breakfast and buffet at night.

Shubhashish was a very good host. His availability and service are commendable. Had a good dining experience.

Extended footpath !! It is built on land piece between 2 merging roads. Lots of noise. Small rooms !! No place for greenery and leisure area of its own. Plaster peeling off the wall, old wall paints or no maintenance in room. Don't recommend for family or pleasure trips. Food is good, thats all !!

Sneha it's a very nice place with a good view of the fort in Gwalior. Although the rooms are a little short of space yet that downside is covered up a nice service of the hotel's staff. The best thing about the hotel is it's food which is spectacular in taste

This hotel is the biggest CHEAT I have ever seen. They double booked my stay and extracted money from my agent as well as myself. It is the worst kind of customer experience one does not expect or anticipate from a business. Even they don't have the intelligence to understand customer sentiment. Service is very poor. Staff expects money tips at every step. The travel desk also operates with a philosophy of extracting maximum from the customers. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

Reaching : no hassle as per Maps Parking : bang on the road with a little inset ( so your car bike will gather dust like hell) not sure if there is covered parking anywhere else. Rooms : well kept , a little old property but seems to be maintained well. What I like the water pressure on the shower ( maybe cause I was first floor) but after a tiring ride on a motorcycle nice to get the muscle soreness out. Restaurant: standard for a property of it’s type Bar: limited choice is rums (I’m a rum man😊) but a decent small set up with a large TV Spa: wanted to get a massage, but it’s more like a small gym space. Surround : there is a mail next door in case you want to pick up some stuff you need. Close to the Uravi gate of Gwalior fort , far for the Hathi pol gate ( 100rs by auto)

I have stayed here a few times now and the stay had been good as always. The food and the hospitality of the staff is absolutely great. Esp Deepak from security is very helpful and courteous person . He arranged for ON time pick up and drop. For any help he's always there. The hotel has a small but functional gym which has all equipments. Lastly the room, which are spacious and comfortable.

Excellent service by the staff. They provided everything we needed, rooms were a little small but clean and the toilets were good. Location was good as well!

The restaurant offers wide variety of cuisines with awesome taste. The buffet has good variety of dishes, continental, and indian. The service is also very warm and prompt. We were served by Mr. Dipendra Singh and we enjoyed our food and service here.

Very well maintained hotel. Location is also good. It is just 200m close to popular Jain Temple, 2.4Km away from Gwalior Railway station. One can see the famous Gwalior fort from the hotel easily. Dining experience is good here.

I recently visited Clark’s inn. I went there to attend Chinese food festival. The food quality and preparation both was amazing. I really want to appreciate the chief Mr. Pankaj. Thank you for the great service.

Definitely would not give you a sense of a 4 star property. The lobby is amazing with jazz giving you a great feel but the rooms are totally different. Totally cramped for space as though the lobby is from a different world than the rooms. There's a wierd stink in each of the rooms. One did stink with the smell of cigarettes, one of the rooms had single cots provided for a couple. The food at the restaurant could have been good. Definitely not worth it for the price you pay up. The only good thing is the location of the property.

Rooms & bathroom are pretty small for the price. No basement parking available. Food here is delicious. Subhashish was very polite and courteous. Staff here in general are helpful.

I really enjoyed staying at the Clarks inn suites Gwalior. I really appreciate the stay upgrading my room to an Executive one. It was a lovely experience, the staff were helpful and polite. The location is prime. Will go there again.

Location - (5/5)The Clarks inn suites is located at Phool bagh, which in itself is a prime location of Gwalior. Mall, park, temple, showrooms, utility service centers, local market and eating joints are within 1-5km. Service - Pros - staff is very friendly and polite e.g. Miss Akanksha and Mr Deepak who helped me to ensure my comfortable stay wrt room booking. Cons - Taxy service has self induced delays. Please give prior notice of 30-40min. Room service is not 24*7. Restaurent - (4/5) boufet is provided during breakfast and dinner. Dessert section needs improvement. Taste is (5/5). Staff is very polite and helping. Bar - (4/5) Closes at 11pm. Swimming pool is very small and is generally booked for parties. So many a times we were not allowed to enter pool area.(1/5) Gym is small but 24 hours open.(3/5) Overall stay was very comfortable. Thanks for the womderful service.

Overall nice stay Nice room they upgraded our room as we reached very late. Room was big executive one. Breakfast was awesome so many options to eat. One day stay. It's near to gwalior fort but road to fort gate was very bad.parking is outside the hotel on road. Good stay.

One of the worst so called 4* in Gwalior. 1. Rooms are stinky 2. You will remember the stay by getting back number of bruises while getting in or out of the bathroom as the door opens one third of the door width. 3. It is a practice here not to proved a second key... Not permissible as they claim this is a guidelines of a 4^ all over india. Room A/C will or work .. They do not check it prior to allotting aa key to you. 4. Porter will not help you with luggage until you bring/lift it to the lobby and try to carry it by yourself to the room. 5. Hotel manager does not exist... Lobby is filthy, dust and noisy work in progress when attending the guests. 6. No windows in the room.. Ai that you four walls of the rooms. And much more

Since international visitors too visit the hotel, so international cuisine is also taken care of very well. Dining Staff is very Co operative , humble and helping.
