Bus quality is very good and comfortable staff also friendly, pickup and dropping on time RECOMMENDED

Worst experience... I booked this bus from Bhuntar to Ludhiana... but without prior information they adjusted me in some other bus that I had to board as booking was already done and had to reach on time... but later came to know after half an hour that bus wasn't going to ludhiana ...money was already given upto ludhiana but on discussing regarding this with the driver he had his stupid reasons of not refunding the amount so frustrated I halted in chandigarh itself. .. and was totally dissatisfied 🤬

Good service.. We booked packages for Himachal tour from amritsar..

One of the worst bus service I ever seen, I booked a ticket from Amritsar to Chandigarh through RedBus app at 8PM but it’s 9.30PM now but still at Amritsar. When I tried to call support team of Redbus they are not picking my call, Driver also did not pick my call because of them my flight is missed now from Chandigarh airport.

Conductor behaviour was too rude Bus no .AR209445 , Manali - Amritsar He didn’t allowing us to receive our luggage near the drop point we mentioned to him while boarding bus. We have also sent the written details while booking our ticket, but eventually we took out our luggage all by ourselves and he was standing calmly watching us. Never ever travel with Northern again.

The Vehicle was breakdowns late by 10 hours from Amritsar to Manali

Please don't travel by Northern, Heineken driver and rubbishy behaved staff. Passengers has called police for the act of Northern travels

very bad service we travel 27 jan manali to jalandhar very uncomfortable low leg space ticket price 1274 no seat cover no water bottel serve in 11 hours travelling time no curtain on glass waste of money

Fantastic Travels they provided good blankets,the bus was clean and the staff was friendly...I enjoyed my trip to Manali from Amritsar...i would give 10 stars thanks to the northern travels for a fantastic experience

On 25th Feb, while returning back from Manali, the driver was extremely rude and was driving harsh. There were senior citizens, a lady with one year old baby boy however, he was still not concerned to drive carefully during night time especially when he knows that the roads are curvaceous from Manali to Jalandhar. To add cherry on top, he didn't bothered to give bottle of water, puke bag, blankets, and he got down to get alcohol and was driving this Volvo under the influence of alcohol + he was provoking Himachal Bus driver to race with him in those holly areas. It's better to travel via BMS Travels rather than travelling via Northern Travels.
