Bad experience with aligner treatment, have waster 7 months of my time. I took their LMS aligner service and everything was good in the behining, docters were responsive, they responded to my queries. We faced many issues like foul smell from aligners, their brekeage and they listened. When i completed my set no 20, the next set 21 could not fit and thats the issue from Feb 2023, its Oct 2023 and i am still stuck at the same issue. Solutions they offered, made me repeat set 17 to 20( they ordered new as old were distorted), 21 still did not fit. Asked me to wait but then after a month again tried to fit 21 with force, same thing with 22 and finally gave up on 23. Its again a month and i am waiting for them to take my measurement to order new set of aligners. They have wasted 7 months time of mine, what else to say. I would highly recommend not to get your aligner treatment done from them, prefer a local dentist instead BECAUSE YOU WONT GET REQUIRED HELP WHEN U NEED IT THE MOST. They ll charge you all amount in first 15 days and then I think like me you are pretty much on your own. Rest the choice lies with you. This is an honest review so that you do not waste your time. Everyone is polite and stuff but the their main service providing customer with correct service in the very first place sucks.
