Am writing on behalf of my father who has gone through a small surgery on his hand known as fistula, in order to get the dialysis done, as he is a kidney patient. I was worried and had lots of questions running through my mind but Dr Swaraj hanspal listened to my each and every question very patiently and answered all of them. Since my childhood ( almost 10 years going to pass by) it's only hospital which I always prefer because of Dr. Navpreet. He is truely gem and very kind. Doctor saab jdo patient nal gal krde han adi bimari aap hi door ho jandi. My father got 3 surgeries done, mother got done one from same hospital Few concerns/ requests 1. Man appointed outside Dr. Navpreet's office is quite rude, kindly please look into this 2. If patient specially senior citizen or with some disability can't visit, front desk executive refuses to provide the visiting/ appointment slip if any fellow member wants to receive so to avoid them waiting in long queue 3.Token no. Display board should be implemented so that patients can check their queue no. , it's very hard to listen in crowd and noisy environment sometimes when patient's name is been called out. 4. Patient's seeking Dr. Navpreet's advice is also been sent to some other doctor for checkup. Although all doctors are nice experienced Thanks.

I am a person who doesn’t give review much but I had to Give my review for Navpreet Hospital . My husband got the Hernia Operation done from Dr Navpreet at Navpreet Hospital . I must say that he is so good and the Care that was provided at his hospital was excellent. Every staff like Doctors , Nurses, housekeeping and Caretakers were so polite and helpful . I will also give 10 stars to the cleanliness maintained at the hospital all the time .

They charge 2500 rupees for per bed in a room and 4500 rupees for a room. Ward bathrooms are very smelly and when I complaint against it the sweepers said its public toilet they can't be clean like home. They why we are paying 2500 rupees for per bed every night???? Hotel rooms are much better in half price of it. These private hospitals made business of people's health.

It was pleasant to meet Dr. Swatej. He did my father's surgery and he has recovered properly.Also he guided us so well for post surgical precautions. He is gem of a person.

Surgery was done on 3/4/2023. Everything is good except the behaviour of man appointed outside dr. Navpreet office. His rude behaviour really disappointing. Dr. Navpreet should strictly pay some attention towards the opd patients who are waiting in hospital campus.

Doctor sawraj needs some knowledge in technology... Because I went there in hospital year ago for removing my neck tattoo that was very thin even only 3 inch long... He simply did surgery on my neck and covered tattoo with stitches... Now my neck is looking so ugly.

Navpreet hospital is one of the best hospitals in Amritsar. I was facing an issue with my neck there is a branchial cyst on the right side of my neck, so I had undergone an operation. Dr. Swaraj is the doctor who operated on me and the regular checkups done by Dr. Navpreet. So, all I can say is it is one of the best hospitals in Amritsar.

I Had ENT surgery from Navpreet Hospital, everything was good pre and post surgery check up. Staff is really helpful and caring they were keep checking the room and maintenance health and safety standards. Rooms are really quite and clean. The 1 thing I would like to add is Addmission process was so complicated charges were not explained properly, some of charges are extra from package fee like registration fee and and admission file fee.If we are paying package why I should pay registration and admission file fee.

Had my father operated for Hernia and Gall bladder operation on 29th Jan 2023 at Navpreet Hospital , Putlighar in Amritsar. 1. We came to this hospital because we have heard good about the excellent competence of the doctor's at this hospital and my father had past experience of successful hernia treatment at this hospital couple of years ago. 2. This Hospital is near to our residence in nearby Rani ka bagh area so commute to hospital is never a problem. *Dr Navpreet ka naam hi kaafi hai* 3. House keeping, Nursing staff , cleaning facilities are good. House keeping , nursing staff and Inspection staff are on vigil and alert during Senior doctors rounds in the morning hours. Improvement Areas 1) We do understand that this hospital caters more patients in this area so Senior doctors may not have ample time to discuss one on one with patients during morning rounds. Hence this is humble request to Senior Doctors during morning rounds that they devote more time to patients in room or outside room to answer their queries so as to develop more patient confidence with them and Hospital authorities. 2) Sometimes elderly patients are worried about medication they are given. Hence Nursing staff should explain to elderly patients while giving medicine, purpose of the medicine etc Normal thermometers can be replaced with Infrared thermometers for measuring body temperature of the patients. Patient should not be bothered ,how many times his/her BP checkup was done because that data is already with nursing staff and hence such non-trivial questions can be avoided. 3) Food and canteen facilities are not up to the mark, Needs improvement. There are limited options for patient food and food for attenders. Tea is good, But they only provide couple of options for soup - dal and chana soup.
