Places like these get tons of 5 star reviews from people who are taken in by the appearance of a place, and by people who don't have any extra issues to cope with. This place is coldhearted, unprofessional, and cruel. They kicked me out because of my medical needs and their lack of knowledge and ability and are still emailing me years later to come back. It's unbelievable honestly. I can confirm this because what I needed for a treatment ended up not being an issue for multiple other places, I just had to find them first. The way they act superior and pompous here only to have a low amount of actual experience and knowledge is truly astounding. If you want a place that actually genuinely cares about you, will listen to your needs and go the extra mile, go anywhere else but here. Seriously there's better places in Annapolis itself so take your pick. I know it can be a long process but you deserve better than what these people can offer which at the end of the day is only the desire to take your money.

Let's get this out of the way first. I thoroughly recommend the Djawdan Center for your dental restoration. The finished product looks wonderful and fits perfectly. The entire staff is friendly and helpful to clients. But there is another reason for my accolades. While I was going through my consultation, they took my blood pressure, which was elevated. This tends to happen to me with the prospect of spending money. The staff immediately pivoted to questions about my health and well-being. Their primary concern was no longer my restoration project but my overall health. Dr. Djawdan and Dr. Cross, along with the talented staff, will make you happy for many years.

Overall my experience has been pleasant. Dr. Djawden was informative and took his time explaining and answering all of our questions during the consultation. My daughter has anxiety about going to the dentist and she has extensive dental work that needs to be completed. Her 1st treatment was today and Dr. Djawden and his staff ensured she was relaxed and did not have to worry about anything. I trusted my daughter in their care. Katie was awesome to work with. Always pleasant and helpful. She answers emails promptly and addressed any questions I had. I will recommend this practice to anyone. The staff is nice and the office is inviting.

Absolutely Amazing!! My whole experience with the staff, the consult, …Dr Cross, his assistant “Bri”, just the best. They made me feel so comfortable and re-assured. I know with the dental work that I need done, that I’m in the best of hands. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth! This was my first visit to the office, and it was wonderful, start to finish. My husband is a very happy patient of Dr. Djawdan, who took his smile from "needing a lot of help" to "picture perfect," and Stephanie, his expert hygienist, maintains his expert workmanship. I now can speak from first hand experience to Stephanie's thorough teeth cleaning. My teeth sparkle!

Felt like I was in good hands from the time I walked in the door. I am a huge baby with this kind of stuff and they made it easy. I was comfortable the entire procedure. Also the whole staff is empathetic and helpful and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Excellent care all around!

Dr. Djawdan is wonderful! Very gentle, pays attention to every detail & makes you feel very comfortable. His knowlege is incredible! The office is spotless and everyone is super nice. I had alot of work done and have had the best care from the very start. Every person there takes pride in their position. They kept my fiance up to date during my surgery. Communication is great always. There is literally only positive things to say about the whole team. ❤

I absolutely love this dentist. About 10 years ago I had veneers and porcelain inlays done after being in invisiline for over a year and having my teeth crush because of lack of enamel. I had the most perfect smile. I recently returned after having open heart surgery due to an abscess tooth and ended up loosing ten teeth. I returned to my most trusted dentist and was given a free consult. They make you feel so welcome and safe but more so they do not make you feel worse than you already do or place blame on you for anything. They find your wants and needs and break everything down for you. I was there for two hours learning all my options and pros and cons to each situation. By far the best dentist I have ever been to, believe me I’ve been to a lot!!

Don’t waste time going anywhere else. My teeth are a complete disaster. Dr. Cross gave me a thorough, expert treatment plan and is the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had work with me. What makes this practice stand out is their concern about patient pain, both in the mouth and pocket book. My search is over!!
