Worst experience ever! Showed up 30 minutes before clinic even opened up with two people in front of us. Came for simple flu shots, so were the other two people. Clinic opened at 830, we are still sitting here and it’s 10:15!! What takes so long to do simple flu shots? And on top of that the health care provider is probably one of the rudest most unfriendliness employees I’ve ever seen in this CVS. All other employees here are so great. Will not be back anytime soon if I can help it! Do yourself a favor...go somewhere else. So update...after getting called back! The health care provider was actually pretty nice I have to admit. I think she was just overwhelmed with the crazy amount of computer/paperwork she had to do. She was very informative and quick (but in a good way). I’m sure she was doing her best, the wait was just ridiculous! They need to get her some help!

I was wary of going to this place because of the poor reviews but was so pleasantly surprised at the affordable cost and efficiency of this place. I needed antibiotics for a simple infection and Denelle was efficient, thorough, and quick. I scheduled an appt in the morning online, checked in 15 minutes before and was seen on time for my appt (which I read several reviews that said they waited forever and is unfortunate). One thing I noticed is that this is not an urgent care, emergency room, or doctors office. If you have something urgent or even slightly serious, go to urgent care and if you want a "how is your day" conversation, go to a doctors office. This is a 15 minute appt to figure out simple issues and works wonderfully for that purpose. I have highly recommended this great alternative to the ER or urgent care to my friends.

Unfortunately this is probably my last visit to this minute clinic. My last visit was pretty bad and today was a nightmare. First time and last time I will ever deal with Danelle Parker. She was rude and didn’t seem to want to try to be helpful at all. I’ve been a customer of this CVS since 2018 but the lack of customer service here has finally pushed my family and I away!

Easy check in at Kiosk. This wait time was less than 30 minutes, one time needed go back for appt time. Which was so happy find a place see me in same day. I've been to Gulf Breeze CVS minute Clinic twice over a year time & had great confidence in the doctors I've seen there. They were concerned about me as a patient

Both times I've been to this location the NP's have been excellent. Today I was in the office at my scheduled time and felt like Miss Samantha cared and took the time to explain my options. Excellent care and I will continue to use this Minute Clinic as needed.

1 star is too many for this. I cannot give the Dr and/or nurse a review because I did not get past the front desk. If they are any reflection of her, this place is a complete dump. We were desperate to have our 2 yr old seen and arrived 45 minutes prior to closing. She would not get her in to see the Dr and basically shut the window on us. I’m assuming she had met her “number.” They were not very compassionate to our crying baby, which gives me reason to believe patient care is NOT their top priority. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

If I could give it a lower star I would. Called ahead and they said as long as we got there 15 minutes before they closed we would be seen. Drove 45 minutes and got there 30 minutes before close. On our way down there we even double checked and the automated answering machine said that we would be seen as long as we were there 15 minutes before they closed. Long story short upon our arrival there was a handwritten note that said they were closing early because the nurse had hit her quota for the day. The nurse came out when I asked to speak to her and she simply said nope she hit her number for the day and was going home early. Not only did I find this unprofessional but she was extremely rude and cares nothing about her patients but rather how quickly she was able to reach her quota for the day. If I could give a lower rating than a one star I would. Absolutely avoid at all cost if you desire quality care from a medical professional that has your best interest in mind vs a quota.
