Tanishq product is good. I would suggest go for it. They have monthly EMI scheme also where you can deposit a certain amount to save monthly. Their customer service also good,Employee are helpful . I would like to thank Nissar and lakshita.

Shopping at Tanishq for the first time was a great experience. Amazing collection of diamond rings. It took me over 3hrs to choose 2 rings, Ashley was so patient and kind, after all that choosing and getting confused with so many beautiful pieces, Ashley still had patience in explaining me about jewelry purchase plan and explaining investment plans with Gold and diamonds. Very polite and experienced sales staff.

Location is convenient. Parking available. Don't have lot of choices for kids jewelry designs. Hence one star less. Service is good, staff is courteous. Panchali assisted good. Shop is clean. Quality is assured.

Third class service & options!!! I've been buying gold/diamonds from Tanishq for the last 5 years... Been a loyal customer. I had a worse experience when I visited this place today. The sales person was not aware what kind of Jewelry is worn by Goans, we had to Google and show him images. Still he kept showing south Indian designs. If you can't have Goans working in ur store, atleast have people trained!!! I had to literally abuse him infront of his colleague in konkani, only then we got to know they had designs. She was helpful and also shared feedback that he needs to search. This guy has already said they don't have one and we were about to leave. Worse experience here was, this sales guy kept asking us, u guys don't know Tanishq? Are u purchasing for the first time? He repeated this 3-4 times and was very annoying u ask such stupid question... Just coz of this behaviour we stepped out from the store and made purchase from a different local store. Don't think, we shall opt for Tanishq anymore.

I've always believed in TATA products that's the only reason I visited tanishq. Quality of gold was good. When we entered the showroom staff behaviour was good but when I purchased the product and Bill was made they don't care. Nobody was bothered to give the case to put product inside it and to handle the bill. The sales girl and manager got busy talking to each other as in they don't need customer any more cause payment was done. In the name of gift they will give you a small piece of cloth please don't go for it. Will definitely visit tanishq but not margao store.
