I have visited Dr. Chetana Naik a number of times in the last couple of years. Firstly for myself, as I had an ear infection and ruptured side of the ear canal, which she helped fix. She always explained everything very well, in full detail, answering my questions in a very professional manner. Secondly, when my mother suddenly had a bad earache, I brought her to see Dr. Naik. Once again, she did a full diagnosis and explained everything very well, prescribing medicine and actions that helped her within a week. If you have any ENT-related issues, she can definitely help you.

Very good experience. Doctor is well knowledgeable, courteous & was able to solve my Ear problem immediately. I was charged 900rs for just cleaning oil from my eardrum, I feel it's bit expensive but given the fact in this pandemic doctors are taking risk & serving us, cost is a factor which can be ignored as long as the issue is solved which the doctor did. Dr Chetana doesn’t spend any time explaining or talking to patients. It’s done as if she is gonna miss flight and her tone of voice is quite rude. She needs to spend some time on soft skills and needs to be polite & empathetic while dealing with Patients. Her charges are 20-30% higher than other ENT doctors of her class but rushing through appointment is not professional for that charge.

Very good doctor. Treated my ear problem very nicely. Was suffering from wax issues, last time the other doctor cause injury to my ear canal and had severe pain and bleeding but dr chetana removed wax without any pain. M glad I had consulted her for the same. Thank you madam.

A very kind, soft-spoken and professional doctor, who respects her patients' time by being punctual with her appointments. I was suffering from impacted wax accumulation over many years, and mostly ignored visiting an ENT thinking nothing of it. But of late the problem worsened, developing into a sharp pain. Drops prescribed by the local chemist weren't able to completely dissolve the big chunk of wax. Dr Chetana Naik irrigated my ear and skillfully extracted the hard lump of wax with minimal discomfort. It almost feels like I have now developed superhuman hearing; such is the difference from what it once was. Thank you doctor for healing my ailment. 🙏

I was operated for my ear in Pune. I was suffering from vertigo issue. But doctor in Pune said that there is no problem pertaining to ear. In between I got transfered to Goa. In Goa also I faced the problem of vertigo. Hence I visited doctor Chetana Naik. The first diagnosys she made by seeing my condition was perfectly correct. Then she made some tests to confirm her diagnosys. And after her satisfaction she gave me only some easy exercises which were tobe done for a week only. I got totally cured without a single medicine within a week. ( For the same problem I was admitted for 3 days in Pune). Doctor's diagnosys is very good and perfect. She do not prefer more medicines for the problem which is easy to cure by exercise. Thank you doctor for such a great cure of mine.

I had 2 blocked ears, from wax and sea water. Dr Chetana was so. Kind to see me without an appointment, fitted me in. Within 5 to 10 mins my ears were clear of wax, and the procedure didn't hurt at all. Highly recommend Dr Chetana for ear irrigation. Many thanks Dr Chetana!

Really good experience with Dr Chetana Naik. She is very professional : fast reply to my WhatsApp message for one appointment, stick to the timing she give for it, and follow up the patient to see if the treatment given have work. The equipment available for the consultation, the display of awards she have collected in the field of ENT and efficient of the consultation are proof of high level of experience and professionalism.

Doctor was rude and unprofessional, charged me 500 just to tell me I have ulcer on my tongue. Will not recommend anyone cause of her attitude and behaviour.

Dr Chetna is a very soft spoken and compassionate doctor. She is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise and yet politely explains the disease in detail to her patients. She is not the superficially vested in her patients but goes out of her way to help them.
