I had an issue with my Laptop as it was very slow and was lagging all the time.After the diagnosis, Vishal recommended to have it with SDD and ram upgrade and also he went above and beyond and called the dell company and got repairs done that was needed through the warranty and saved my time too that I had to invest in getting the repairs completed, I appreciate his helpfulness. Excellent service!! My laptop is as good as new now. I had heating issues where temperatures were reaching 95°C, now after servicing the temperatures are around 60°C, which is a too good difference.
