Hello Everyone I am the General Manager of a reputed event company. We had booked this place for our stay and for a small birthday celebration for 15 people. On my experience, i would clearly recommend you not to go to this place. I am a Goan and I am owning reputed company. These people scam you to get money out extra from your pocket. Firstly the rooms are pathetic and the linen was stinking. All of a sudden the owner (Vipin) comes and tells us that this and that will cost extra and otherwise I can leave. That was a very rude and unprofessional. Then during the time of getting your refund, these people will come with fake damages that we were even aware of. And won't give your refund back. We even requested for the CCTV footage, it's not clear and the time on the footage is totally wrong. First he told me a cost which was 3 times more then the original buying price and then he came down to the actual and without my agreement he just scammed our money. And he went on to say that if you want to call the police then call. We had gone to this residency to celebrate or team mates bday, not to run behind legalities. So I want to humbly warn you all for the scams these people do and screw your moment. Till date i have not given such a review to anyone. But the experience we had made me write this. There is a lot more but I feel I have said a lot.. Choose wisely.

Stayed here comfortably with a group of 10 friends. The experience was great. The accommodation and pool were well maintained and tidy. The place is within minutes' reach of Colba beach, however there are no proper eateries within walkable distance, except some fast-food joints.

This was the best hotel where we stayed in South Goa. Spacious premise, good parking options, big and clean swimming pool. The attendants on their toes to serve you the best. Care taker bhola made sure that we do not face any issue at the resort during our stay. The location though it seems to be close to the beach, it is at quite a distance from the beach. If you stick to the main road to walk and reach the beach, it's a good 20-25 mins walk, while there is a small walkable crooked road through the fields to reach the beach which is from the backside of the resort and will take you to the beach in 10mims

Great rooms - extremely clean and the food was amazing and very affordable. Loved the hospitality and time spent there! Would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for a deal that offers value for money.

About 20 mins by bus from colva Beach. The villas are dainty with a pool open till 9 pm. They provided is with dinner which was good but they refused to take our order for breakfast and we had to make our own provisions. The road to the villa is a bit small and you have to walk about 400 mts if you are travelling in a 27 seater bus.

Enjoyed staying here. The rooms were clean and the staff and owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. It has all the amenities you want for a perfect stay.

We had booked a room in advance yet they cancelled us at the last moment when we arrived. Caused us so much money and time to book a taxi and look around other rooms because of their last minute cancellation. They did not even inform us about it beforehand, we found out only after we called when we were about to reach.

Stayed in their 2bhk apartment. Very peaceful place, cleanest and biggest pool at any stay in Goa. Very friendly staff. 5mins drive to colva beach. Would definitely stay here again

We booked a 2 BHK apartment at Cliff Heaven. Property comes with an in-house Swimming pool. Very clean and well maintained. We were a group of 8 travelling with 2 cars. Ample parking space. Very near to Colva beach. Once can walk down to the beach from the property. Access to clean drinking water, kitchen was a add-n. Loved the place. Will always recommend this to large groups.

Perfect place for a family stay. Comfortable rooms, dining area and attached bathrooms. We got the villa beside the pool. Very clean and neatly maintained swimming pool. What's more, no mosquito trouble.

It's a very well crafted resort with rooms spread in sections. Ours was the section with its own pool with a max depth of 4 feet. Best fit for a family with kids/ teenagers. With a roadside front, a supermarket just opposite the property and multiple restaurants around makes Novotel a good choice.

It was a perfect place to stay with family members. The rooms are very clean. Nice experience.

Very money minded people. Were asking money for everything. Didn't even come once to clean the room as well. Just the property is good.

Beautiful property having 4 villas with a swimming pool. Has a great peaceful ambience. A nice location for a quick getaway. Good staff, very helpful. Rooms equipped with kitchen and has microwave and induction for ur cooking.

We stayed in 101. The place was dusty , fans were covered with cob webs..Fortunately, ACs were working.. We landed at night so could not get the workers there to clean. Next day fortunately the workers there cleaned it, without making any fuss. The workers working there are good people.They gave tea cups and utensils for Induction Stove. We booked this place seeing reviews which says its very clean and all. But it turned out to be a dissappointment when we reached there . If only the place was cleaner when we reached, this review would have been a five star rating.. We could not leave the place because we paid in full and its non refundable.

Hey all If you looking for very cheap villa in south Goa ,then here it is. I want to thanks for providing good service. Everything is there in the villa, if by mistake something is missing, then immediately, our demand is fulfilled. And the biggest thing, when I talked to owner on the phone, then he explained in a very correct way and made a deal. Our entire team is satisfied.Really got very good service even after visited in off season ( monsoon). The staff is also very correct. Many thanks .🙌🏻

The place is so filthy .... Definitely not suitable for people who would want to enjoy the stay. Will definitely not recommend this place.

Staying at the place right now. So much of dust in the room. Rude service. Definitely will not recommend to choose this place.

This is located in South goa. Very calm and peaceful. One can go to beach by walk which is nearly 1.5km. Pool is not 100% clean and it's just 4 feet depth which is still good enough to swim. Rooms and AC's are good. Management is good and reacted very quickly and brought the AC technician in night hours to fix the AC. There is no restaurant here but chef is available to prepare any kind of food. Food is not so great. People who love spicy will get disappointed. Swiggy is available and you can order some good found around.

Good place to stay and explore South Goa, number of beaches within from. 10 to 30 minutes distance. You can walk to BetalBatim Sunset Beach. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Has clean and spacious rooms, Swimming pool, Parking area, WiFi. Overall good experience

Definitely the most recommended place to stay with as many amenities as possible, such as kitchen, fridge, and washing machine. I felt like I was in my own house during my stay. Also, you can use the swimming pool anytime as it's clean. And the owner is just so friendly. 😊👍

It was a very pleasant stay that we had at Cliff Heaven. The property is well maintained, and with the staff getting you essentials, but it is always a good option to have your own vehicle. Kids enjoyed al lot in the swimming pool - that was well maintained. Very close to the beach by vehicle.

Very nice place to stay for vacation in South Goa. Vipin and Bora are very nice people to give the best service they can. Any thing you want in vacation check with Bora he will arrange or at least suggest.

This place is located in Colva, 30-minute walk from Colva Beach. Cliff Heaven has accommodations with free WiFi. It has kitchen facility with a microwave, swimming pool, free private parking is available on site, air conditioning. But if you want to buy something from store then you suppose to have your own vehicle.

Not at all a good place, please don't go by the pictures, had a abadexperience last evening had to leave the place because the rooms were dirty full of chicken bones, the beds had ants and bed bugs, the toilets seat covers and sinks were broken, the doors couldn't be shut the showers were broken even after telling and showing them everything they were not bothered . The caretaker was very rude and not at all cooperative we had to leave the place with the kids and hunt for something at around 9.00pm would suggest think before you book before leaving we had to pay half the amount which we did because were come from decent homes and didn't want to create a tamasha. The rooms wsd to be cleaned after were leaving.

One of best villa in (near Colva)budget for family friends or large groups well maintain poll was good food excellent friendly staff owner also good 8 min walk to beach. Specially the kitchen cook person one of the best person. Totally value for money if own vehicle is there then please go this place no more neighbor crowd kadar super market is near this place .

It was great experience staying here it was very pleasant , clean and friendly environment. All the staff and owner was very friendly and helpful whenever needed throughout our stay. Please don't go by the negative reviews of this property because when i went through the review i saw these akul gupta, aryan gupta, arbaaz shaikh who was also staying there when i was staying there they were arguing with the owner. When i enquired about the incident i came to know that these people were hiding there friends almost 5 people inside the room for which they had not paid. The hospitality was great for us and they also returned our deposit money without charging anything extra. Will come back here again for sure. Thank you vipin and team.
