I have been working out in the gym since months now. The gym is hygienic and well maintained. Equipments are of great quality and good for both cardio and weight trainings. The trainers here, have good knowledge of workout and are very helpful. Coach Ancil one of the best and trainer Joel n Trainer Velly has been very helpful and patient. Receptionist Aaran is too good very professional helpful... Great experience

I went to this gym during our Vacation in Goa. Decent gym. There are most of the equipments you need and if something is missing then the trainer Mr Sunil will always be there to assist you with alternatives that will best suit your requirements. All the trainers and staff are very cordial and approachable. Special thanks to Mr. Sunil who was always there for us to provide with any tips and advice needed pertaining to diet, exercise, nutrition, strength training, toning, weight loss or muscle mass gain.

I have been using the Gym facilities for a few months now and the experience is great.... Everyone at the Gym has good positive attitude but the true difference comes from the personal trainers.... Both Joel and Velly work on getting the best out of everyone they train... Joel I must say has great deal of patience and will explain and clear any queries you have but at the same time he also makes sure he gets the best out of all his clients....I would recommend the Gym and the personal trainers to anyone looking forward to going from Fat to Fit.

The owners are very discriminatory. I quote the owner told me " We only offer trial classes for goans and Non goans/outsiders do not get trial for the gym" . Being an indian travelled all over the world, Owned businesses, it is extremely disturbing to find such internal discriminatory business practices. Utterly Disgraceful.

This is definitely the best gym in Benaulim. The equipment is very new and they've added on additional space two separate times since I've started working out here. The trainers are awesome, especially Sunil! They are always available to help you with new exercises and make sure that your form is correct. Sunil knows his stuff and pushes me to get the results I am looking for. I'd recommend this gym to anyone because the staff and equipment are great. Thanks to Sunil and Velli for making this gym a welcoming and great place to work out!

It is really a great place and both the trainers are really very helpful and patient.

Joined it for a few days. This actually looks like a family gym. Saw owner lady working out and both trainers were occupied helping her. I called them multiple times but they were not bothered as boss is more important. Many people were using equipment incorrectly but both male trainers never bothered to help them out. ACs were also not working or switched off purposely and it was extremely humid and smelly inside. Won't recommend.
