    Samsung has rolled out an update due to which a green line appears on the display. They are replacing the display if there is no dent on the mobile. Now they are asking to replace it for 21500 as they have rejected the replacement. A new ay to make money by Mobile companies.

    Worst experience. My dad's Samsung M52 after the software update experienced green line in order to solve the same i went to the service center where staff refused to replace it by stating this is not under policy. I mean this is so unethical that because of the Samsung software update we are facing issues with this green line and which is not covered in policy. Wow what a new way to trouble 😵‍💫

    You'll have the Worst Diagnostics of your phone, they told me that motherboard of my phone has stopped working and in order to revive the same they proposed 6.8k Rs of estimate. The issue was of a chip which I got changed from outside in just 3.5K Rs.

    I visited this centre today for my Samsung mobile phone, as I was not able to hear properly while attending the call. The lock of Sim was also jammed. I got both the issues resorted within an hour. The service was excellent.

    Par Excellence. well trained staff, listen complaints patiencely, act promptly and update at every stage by SMS. Delivered timely with resolved technical faults or parts replacement. nice delivery staff, given back all the amount. Thanks to HRM for appointed efficient staffs.

    Given 1 star because minus rating is not allowed. Worst and slowest service. Definitely not expected from Samsung's authorized Service center. It took us more than an hour just to get a letter from these people. They made us go from one counter to another. Poorly trained associates clearly don't care about customer service. This kind of experience definitely makes you think twice before acquiring any Samsung products.

    Visited Samsung Service Center for my mobile which is warranty, out of 10 counters only 5 was working. Executive attend after 30 min of wait and asked to wait for more atleast 45mins to check the issue with technician.. Post check done by technician some part was replaced after waiting for more 45mins, phone handed to me with solving issue.. I am happy with the service,

    I was purchase s23 ultra but camera quality is not good I compare with iPhone x but one of staff told me that camera different we didn't help with this . But I told only pls check camera settings but she denied. When I ask I did mistake to buy samsung she literally told yes.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this service center. Not only did they fail to keep their promise of timely repairs within the warranty period, but the assigned Customer Service Executive was shockingly rude. It seemed like they intentionally neglected to call and cancelled my repair, potentially to charge me for the service. This left me with no choice but to escalate the issue by emailing higher-ups and making numerous calls to the call center. Such a lack of professionalism and customer care is completely unacceptable. Please make sure that you are present while they open your device and document as much of the conversation as you can incase they damage your device or try to charge you for things that weren't disclosed earlier.

    The staff is totally ignorant of the warranty policies, my daughter's M34 display had to be replaced for which I paid Rs. 5999 and am still waiting for the final Invoice, while handing over the phone it was mentioned that motherboard also needs to be changed and as the mobile is under warranty it will be done free of cost, it took more than 5 days for the motherboard to arrive and after I left the mobile at the service center I was informed that change of motherboard will require HO APPROVAL, STRANGE.......... if you are ordering a part then you have to take necessary approvals to replace it before asking the customer to leave the mobile again and to top it all Service Centre in-charge one Kajal Mishra didn't even receive my phone when I asked her to explain the reason for delay, so now I am waiting for the mobile to be repaired and returned back to me without knowing any timelines.

    Phone LCD changed in Jan23 for approx rs15000 (supposedly original) has got spoilt...a weak connection as per technician gaurav kanade.....have been told that 3months warranty has expired so would need to get it redone at the same cost....very dissatisfied on the ownership of original parts losing credibility in less than six months from an authorised service centre....btw I am identified as a PREMIUM customer but it has had no benefit

    I'm giving 5 star to Arvind Kumar, very genuine and knowledgeable person. He knows what's the problem and provide quick resolution. My mobile issue fixed on time. Now coming to Service centre ambiene is good and clean, however Ajanta plaza not at all clean, step are very dirty. Samsung is brand I'll suggest shift the service centre location. If Ajanta plaza is not maintaining cleanliness.

    They have advertised in the premises as speedy service quality assured, but in reality it's delayed service and about quality the high end Samsung (wife 's mobile) faced problems within three years and my cheap realme mobile is working good for five years.

    They are either not completely trained or they have misunderstood some of the basic info. on Samsung Devices. Because of which they usually mislead Customers. It's best to do your homework on Google or Youtube, etc. to understand what the exact issue is with your device and how to fix it before you go to them.

    I visited Samsung Service centre to get my M31 repaired. My number came in 10 mins and in another 15 mins my phone was checked and fault informed. As it was a major motherboard fault I didn't go further. But very professional service provided

    A terrible service center , all the staff are unprofessional They don't have experienced staff or experienced technical managers . 75 % of customers were repeated customers that they repaired . Looking into their services in Borivali , I'm considering switching the brand. I would Not Recommend anyone to Visit this Service Center.
