An amazing experience, worth every penny you spend. A few suggestions, 1. Go with your full appetite they have big portions and you need all the space you have. 2. Order multiple things at a time so that you get portions of varied tastes else the starters might fill your appetite in first go. It used to be good few years back but now the service is degraded. We had bad experience last two times where we had given specification of not adding something in our dish and same was accepted; however, upon receiving the order it was full of that particular ingredient. We spoke to manager who denied replacement and after 15 mins same spoiled quesadilla was spoiled. Not many food options. Would recommend to try other places serving crafted beers like 24k, effingut, toit beers at iron bar etc. Having so many better options, this place can be skipped.

IBC is one of my top picks in Pune. The revamped version of the Balewadi outlet is the more reason to visit here. Had a fantastic Sunday meal here and I enjoyed every bit of the experience. Their in house beers and graf ciders are amazing with a range of options for different palates. Hefeweisen is my favorite here and this time I also tried Billy Wonka Blueberry Graf and Oryza Rice Lager both of which were amazing. In the food, Lime Patatas Bravas, Onion Rings and Katsu Curry was incredibly delicious. Ended on high note with scrumptious Belgian Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse with Espresso Foam! Overall loved the colorful and vibrant vibes with great food and beers.

We tried: 1. the trio of hummus, 2. onion rings - best I had till date 3. aglio-e-olio pasta, all of which were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I enjoyed Sunday noon at IBC with friends. We ordered their craft beers, IBC burger, butter chicken meatballs and lebanese chicken rice. Craft beers are soo good, must try beers here. I really appreciate the food quality, food presentation and quantity. Service is really good, thanks to Ms. Tejaswini. I am surely going to visit again. They have a varied menu of small and large plates with mostly Mediterranean and continental food. Beverage options are good even if you're a non-drinker. With less crowds in the afternoon, you'll be able to get information about the preparation method of the food items and also customisations needed if any. Food quality and quantity is apt. Do try Indian Gooseberry Cooler!

As the restaurant name suggests its craft brewery, They have many options of craft beers but sadly Apple cider is not there but yes they will provide you samples of their beers so its easy to order beer , * my favourite is Belgian wit classic. And trust me they have the best fresh fries, I never had such tasty fried even at McD. Ambience - 10/10, though it looked like a pub and bar but no loud music, we in group could talk calmly there. Music was very soft. Sitting arrangements - they have two options, inside and outside. Talking about staff, they are very friendly and cooperative. Food taste was yum. Do give a try for Alfredo spaghetti and Hazelnut mousse,my personal recommendation. Ambience is also pleasant. overall a good experience.
