Worst Tiffin service. Food maybe good but their management and communication system is the worst. They don't consider any of your problems. Self centered Organization. Very bad service ever seen.

Wish I could rate below 1 star for service, Better find a tiffinwala near you who would be far more professional than these People. They Neither Send food in time nor they have any guilt about their so so lagging services. They claim that food will reach Ideally between 12:45 to 1:30, Where as in my case it reaches after 2 pm when your lunch time is over and colleagues are also done with lunch. Most pathetic tiffin service I came across in Pune , and they serve so late in prime location offices in Shivajinagar,Pune. May God bless green souls kitchen and hope a few customers , who gave 5 star rating to these frauds may teach some professional etiquettes.

I had placed an order from swiggy. No one from their team cared to confirm it. Eventually it was cancelled due to their non responsiveness. Pathetic and saddening experience

Pathetic service. Delivery person says cancel the order if you are not ready to wait though the delivery is already delayed. No one is bothered to inform customer on delivery delays

Used for almost two months. They've their own pro's and con's but a very affordable price tiffin service with delivery is a plus point. Recommended!

I had placed my order on Saturday only for Monday lunch...They did not send the delivery while I was waiting for them I was sick so could not contact them on Monday morning Even they too did not bother to confirm the order while placing though I was asking for them for the confirmation! They then provided reason that ur order was not confirmed from our side...who is responsible then??Pathetic service pathetic people handling the orders ...I'm missed my lunch time waiting for these guys Height of arrogance and carelessness

Delicious food test. Food quantity is sufficient. Provides salad starter soap and bowls. All type of menu is included. It is really good service in low cost as compare to others..

Before ordering ask them about the cancellation policy because I did not have a good experience. Only after confirming all the hidden clauses by GSK you can order food from here.

I read all the reviews before subscribing and even after a lot of people said that their timing was late I ignored it because I thought 9 pm is my meal timing so it would be fine. But that’s not even the whole scenario🤦‍♀️. I get my food at around 10, 10:30 and sometimes they don’t even deliver it saying we delivered it to you, even though I didn’t get it. A lot of excuses and tardiness. 100% wouldn’t recommend.

Do not take their service. Worst service ever. It’s a fraud food delivery system. Money taken and service not provided. Also no refund in case there is no service.
